The space
Our home is a cozy one-story brand new house with inviting outdoor spaces. During your stay, you'll have access to the dining area, living room, laundry room, and patios. Please note that private bedrooms and the garage are not available for guest use.

For the comfort and security of everyone in our home, outside guests are not allowed and parties or events are strictly prohibited.

Guest access
You'll have access to the microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, as well as the dining area, patios, living room, and of course, your private room and bathroom.

Other things to note
We're a warm and welcoming family with two respectful boys (ages 12 and 14) who bring a cheerful energy to the home while also being considerate of our guests. During the school year, our mornings start early as we get everyone ready for school and work. We also have a couple of friendly cats who spend most of their time outdoors but may occasionally be around to say hello.

Our home is just 8 miles from some of Austin's most iconic spots: the refreshing Barton Springs Pool, the sprawling Zilker Park, and the scenic Lady Bird Lake. In the summer months, you can also experience the world-famous Congress Avenue bats, where over 1.5 million bats emerge at sunset, an unforgettable sight unique to Austin!

Our place is conveniently located near the Jimmy Clay Municipal Golf Course, perfect for golf lovers looking to enjoy a relaxing round just minutes away.
