「リバースポット」は、町に近く、サクラメント川の真向かいにある新しく改装された美しい家です。 マウントシャスタスキーパーク、マウントシャスタマウンテン、ハイキングコース、釣り、アウトドアアクティビティ、PCTに車ですぐです。

私たちの家はカリフォルニア州ダンスミュアにあり、サクラメント川からすぐです。 前に3台の車、横に1台の小型車の駐車場があります。 2つのフロントベッドルームのそれぞれにクイーンメモリフォームベッド、2番目のベッドルームからツインベッド、2番目のツインベッド、3階のベッドルームにダブル布団があります。 充実したキッチン、リビングルームにたくさんの座席、独立したダイニングルーム、ファミリールーム、バスルームにシャワーエンクロージャー付きのクローフットタブがあります。

電話が必要な場合や、何かが必要な場合はお気軽にお問い合わせください。

This home is so cute and homey! Very comfortable! It was perfect for our scrapbooking retreat!

We are three 40-somethings who enjoy an occasional weekend away to scrapbook. We stayed three nights and this house was perfect! Nice and roomy, decorated very nicely with good internet and other amenities. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Beautiful

Awesome, the trains are super cool and our 6 yr old loved the experience, the choo-choo Is super loud so use your ear plugs.

Great Comfy Place, Repeat stays

Very nice & Clean place. We stayed here last year as well & liked it a lot so went back & stayed here this year as well. Barb is very responsive & a great Host. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting or staying at Dunsmir.

Comfortable Getaway

We had a great experience staying here and Barb was very helpful and responsive. The house was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities one could need for a short getaway. The location was just right. Close to the shops and restaurants in Dunsmuir and best of all right across from the river. The train noise could be an issue at night, but earplugs were provided to address that. Overall, we highly recommend staying here.

Great, spacious home with lovely floorplan and a great host

We loved this cute, spacious house right across from the Sacramento River. There was plenty of space for our family and we felt like we were right in the heart of town and nature both. We'd stay here any time and the host had so many welcoming touches from chocolates to earplugs. She went the extra mile!

God's Country Retreat

The home is spacious. It has most of the amenities needed for a great relaxing retreat. My 81 year old father and my brothers enjoyed this property for two days. It has a marvelous front porch to just gaze at the mountains that form the canyon which has the melodic sounds of the Upper Sacramento river yards away. You cant see the river from the porch but you can hear it. The front yard allowed enough room for us to play Corn-Hole. The one bathroom is a challenge. The clawfoot tub/shower is also a challenge. Myself, my Father and brother have some mobility issues. The tub does not have any bars, poles or even a wall to hold on to for safety issues. The front steps also could benefit with a railing to assist getting up on the flat front lawn area. This is all to just inform. The ad does state that the home is not ADA compliant, and I knew that going in. I just feel that the Bathtub situation could be improved without too much expense. Barbara was an excellent communicator and the property is definitely an expensive gem!

Fantastic Home!

We had a wonderful time in Dunsmuir and around Mt Shasta. The time was made even more memorable because of this lovely home. It was perfect. There were so many special touches from the owner, Barbara, we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Comfortable and Cozy

The location of the property is really nice - just a short walk to the Burger Barn and to go for a lovely walk along the river. It's close to a very popular fishing hole in Dunsmuir on the Sacramento River. The house is tastefully decorated and the beds are comfortable and good for an excellent night's rest. Although the bathroom is adorably decorated and the towels are wonderful, and the clawfoot tub lends to the house's charm, I wasn't excited about getting in and out of the tub for my showers. Let's just say folks over 65 might need to take that into consideration.

This was a great place to stay!

The house was big enough for everyone, and we made the one bathroom situation work by banning the teenagers from using for more than 10 minutes! Overall, worked out perfectly for our large group!

Dunsmuir Adventure

My family and I fully enjoyed our stay. Not to far to many great outdoor adventures. Barbra was incredible. Large cozy and the price was definitely right. Watching the trains pass brought great happiness to my kids. Its not something you get to see everyday. I would definitely rent this house again!

Beautiful Spot

We enjoyed our week in Dunsmuir. The house is comfortable, cute and unpretentious, so we felt at home. The layout with connected living room, kitchen, dining and family rooms was perfect for our small group, plenty of space to spread out and still converse. We enjoyed hearing the river across the street and watching the many trains from the porch. Dunsmuir is a walkable small town with lots to offer and fall was a lovely time to visit.

Big house

Plenty of parking in front of the house but it wasn't obvious. You can hear the river from the house (nice) and you can't avoid the trains (not so nice) but they did stop for a few hours in the early morning. Converted attic bedroom was way too hot so we didn't use it. Downstairs bedrooms were very nice. The apples on the tree are good but not that flavorful. We went to see the river before we left.

Wonderful Get away!

The River Spot home was an ideal get away nestled in the middle of the Shasta Trinity National Forest with an unbounded amount of outdoor activities and beautiful sights to see. The property is well managed, easy to find, and gives a wonderful culture experience, and hospitality of Dunsmuir California. With the trains coming and going, the downtown area within walking distance from the property, or for the adventurous, there is always Mt Shasta, Lake Shastina, Castle Crags, and other areas to explore and hike all within a thirty minute drive. We had a wonderful time here, and look forward to returning.

Perfectly beautiful, comfortable and so relaxing!

The house is just perfect! So beautiful, comfortable and welcoming! It has everything a family needs! Great location just two blocks away from the station and so close to nice shops and restaurants yet in such a perfect spot to enjoy the landscape and take walks along the river, hikes to the falls, and day outings to amazing local destinations. The owner is super kind and helpful. We loved it and will be back!

Loved everything about this rental, location is very central, very roomy, very clean, had all the amenities one would need. Thought that the kitchen could use some pyrex pans, a few more cooking utensils. Only thing I would really like to see done is the tub, it's not conducive to a bigger guy as myself, felt rather cramped because if how the shower curtain works

Trip of a Lifetime!

We absolutely enjoyed our vacation and the home just added to the perfection. Everything from the dishware to the claw foot tub, the laundry facilities...everything was great. Barb was so wonderful, and she answered everyone of my ridiculous text!! I will admit that the train basically right in the front yard made me nervous with my two year old. If we stay here again, I would like to see a lock on the front door that is not reachable by small children, and one on the back slider that is more secure. Aside from that, I can't rave enough about the whole experience. Thank you for everything!!!!!!

Perfect!

The home was magazine worthy - absolutely beautiful. Everything was so clean and new, we thought we were the first to ever stay there. The home is so roomy and comfortable, and the attention to detail was amazing. We were visiting my husbands hometown and when family and friends saw this house they couldn't believe how beautiful it was - and said they would be renting it for other visiting family. We will definitely be staying there again! I highly recommend this gorgeous home!

A "fabulous, luxurious, and relaxing " experience in Dunsmuir

I grew up in northern California, spending my last highschool years in Dunsmuir. I never would have imagined such a home existed in the small hidden town. The sound of the river welcomed is when she arrived. Past reviews of the location made note of the less than pleasant train near by. Yet this sound of the passing train only during the daylight, immediately brought back my childhood memories. I can only imagine my children will now cherish those same memories. As the conductors honked their horns at the site of their excited faces and bodies jumping up and down waiving at them as they passed by... a wonderful location and even better home. Perfect in every detail.. thank you so much.. we will return😊

I LOVE siskiyou county. I have lived here pretty much my whole life and I love all the outdoor activities it has to offer! I feel in love with this house from the moment I saw it. It was built in 1920 and has so much character and natural light. Plus it's only 50 yards to the river!
