My hospitality journey began in Brisbane, Australia, where from 2017 to 2021 I managed multiple properties, learning that every guest has a unique story to tell. During my 17 years as an immigrant in Australia, I not only built a successful career in the corporate and financial world, but also developed a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and the importance of making people feel at home, no matter how far they are from theirs.

This international experience taught me the value of excellence in customer service - skills I perfected in the Australian financial sector and now apply with passion to every interaction with my guests.
When the pandemic changed the world in 2021, I made the difficult decision to close my operations in Australia. In 2023, I returned to my native Colombia, specifically to vibrant Medellín, determined to start fresh and share the beauty of my country with the world.

As someone who experienced firsthand what it means to be away from home, I perfectly understand what travelers need: a safe, comfortable, and welcoming place where they can create new memories. My passion for getting to know different cultures becomes my mission to provide authentic and personalized experiences.
