Parking in the town of Carolina Beach is strictly enforced, and due to our short window between check-ins, we have found that having both incoming and departing guests stop by for parking passes and ensuring they are in hand, helps mitigate the risk of either party being towed at their own expense. We have seen instances where guests were ticketed or towed in the time it took them to unload their luggage, so ensuring you have them before arriving on the premises is for the benefit of the guest. We will work on enhancing communication regarding any maintenance issues. Your comments will help us enhance the guest experience.
