The space
Vizcayne South Building offers residents a luxurious lifestyle with premium amenities, including three sunrise resort-style pools, an expansive sundeck, a sunset pool, Jacuzzi, fitness center, spa, club room with billiards and bar, movie theater, full-service concierge, doorman, and valet parking. This apartment can host up to 4 people, it has one queen size sofa bed and a king size bed. You will be able to enjoy a fully equipped kitchen to cook your meals and an in unit washing machine and dryer as well.

Located directly across from the Shops at Bayside and within walking distance to the Kaseya Center and Adrienne Arsht Center, Vizcayne South is ideally situated. It’s also just 5 minutes by car to Brickell, 12 minutes to South Beach, and 15 minutes to Miami International Airport.

The rentals are subject to the approval of an application.


The Application fee is $150 per resident, a rush fee for $100 is offered. Applications take 2-3 weeks to process, rush applications get processed in 5-10 business days. To fill the application, sensitive información will be required such as SSN for US citizens and passport for foreigners, proof of income, tenant insurance among other things.

After approval, a $200 non-refundable Move In-Out fee must be provided prior to the move in. This is an administrative fee to be regsitered in and out of the resident system.


Minimum credit for an applicant is 650 for US citizens. If credit is lower, tenant will need a guarantor.

In the event that an applicant is rejected, they will be allowed to cancel the booking at no cost if canceled immediately after receiving denial. A cancellation fee may apply if the tenant does not cancel 24 hours after denial.
