This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit offers nearly 1,800 sq ft of beautifully renovated space and panoramic floor-to-ceiling views that stretch across the sparkling emerald green waters of the Gulf and Navarre Beach.

This coastal gem has been lovingly updated from top to bottom with handpicked finishes and thoughtful details. The open-concept kitchen and living area is breathtaking, featuring stunning solid surface countertops, a custom tile backsplash, and a fully stocked kitchen. The cozy living area invites you to kick back and relax while taking in the endless Gulf views.

Coastal Bedrooms Designed for Comfort

The master suite is a dreamy escape with a King Size bed and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Gulf and its own balcony access, a Smart TV, and a newly renovated bathroom featuring a jetted tub that feels like a personal spa.

The second bedroom features a king bed that is spacious and perfect for friends, a second couple, or a family with modern decor and a Smart TV.

The third bedroom features two comfy queen beds perfect for the kids or extended family. It's set to the back of the main living area offering a nice retreat with a Smart TV.

The Living Room area features a large screen Smart TV, plenty of seating, endless views, and a queen-size sleeper-sofa. There is plenty of room for everyone to gather after a day on the beach.

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the appliances and amenities you’d find at home, including a drip and Keurig coffee maker and french-door refrigerator/freezer with plenty of room for your vacation groceries. (Publix is 2.9 miles away) The dining area features an 8-person dining table—perfect for family dinners. The adjacent kitchen island with 4 bar stools makes for a great breakfast bar!

Family Fun & Extra Perks
Whether you're sipping coffee at sunrise on the balcony or watching the sun melt into the Gulf at dusk, you'll never miss a moment thanks to the stunning views.. The unit includes Platinum Beach Service seasonally, March 1 through October 31 (two beach chairs, table, and an umbrella, along with daily one-hour use of a kayak or paddle board from the onsite beach service). The in-unit full-size washer/dryer is located in the queen bedroom linen closet.

This condo is directly on the beach!

Pool & two hot tubs (one oversized) The pool is heated to 83°F Thanksgiving week and for the Holidays - Dec 15 through the first weekend in January. The small hot tub is heated to 103°F year-round. The large hot tub is heated to 103 and follows the same schedule as the pool. The large hot tub is also heated for Spring Break, starting in mid-March through mid-April.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire condo except the owner's closet, as well as the resort amenities - Pool, Hot Tub, Grill Area, and the beach.
Other things to note
We provide premium beach service for our guests with this unit--Set of 2 beach chairs & umbrella, kayak, and paddle board from March through October!

The building has quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No Pets. Pets are not allowed per building policy. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet and asked to leave the property.

We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. You may need to buy more.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/ construction outside of the unit or other things that are beyond our control.

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement at the time of booking.
