This luxury GULF FRONT 8th floor condo with 2 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations, the only onsite property management company at Beach Colony Resort.

Resort Amenities include gated entrance, pool, fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with two well furnished bedrooms; 1 king sized bed in the primary ensuite and two full sized beds in the guest ensuite.

Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings or dining on the balcony.

You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the largest and most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view.

The well furnished kitchen includes dinner and drinkware, cookware and more. Small appliances include Keurig AND traditional type coffee maker, crock pot, toaster & blender.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $315 value. Additional chairs and umbrella sets can be rented on the beach from LaDolce Vida.

Guest will find a complimentary gift and two (2) parking permits upon arrival in the unit.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green ater. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items at no charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact your host 3 days in advance of your arrival.

Rules and Restrictions:
-Large groups or parties are not allowed in the unit. Maximum occupancy is 6 at all times.
-Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.
-The exterior front door area is monitored by a RING doorbell camera for security and unit/building rule compliance.
-Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.

Was exactly what we needed for a short get-a-way. Local neighborhood was perfect and quiet. The restaurants and entertainment in easy walking distance was perfect along with the pier.

It was a beautiful condo and we absolutely loved the location. My only suggestion is the kitchen could be stocked better as far necessary cooking items such as a pizza cutter and the dishes I used were not the cleanest.

Great place

We love this area because of the location near the pier, the quiet atmosphere and the beautiful view. This particular condo needed a few essentials which we got at the nearest Walmart but other than that, we liked it. I would recommend this time of year especially because there weren’t a lot of teenagers and kids at the pool, if that’s what you like.

Great place, with some additions

We loved our stay. The location was amazing. Condo was very nice. We were disappointed that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a 4 day stay for a family of four. We also felt laundry detergent should have been provided considering we did not have enough towels and washcloths, so we had to wash them. Usually condos have a small start up of coffee, extra soap bars, and some cooking supplies (salt, pepper, ect). This condo had none of those extras. For the price, those little things would definitely make it more appealing to most families.

We try to be very clear about what housekeeping provides in our rental agreement which is sent to all of our guests when you request to book. Because all of our stays have different durations, housekeeping only provides a 24 hour supply of toilet paper & paper towels for each stay. We provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths. We also provide 3 bars of soap, dish detergent, and a sponge for washing dishes.

Next time I would bring my own pots and pans. I didn't cook very many meals but there's nothing big enough to cook for 4 people. Had to buy some wooden spoons. Would also REALLY appreciate a vacuum. A broom just doesn't cut it with the sand.

Thanks for your feedback Emily! I wish you had let us know that you needed more kitchen items. One of the perks of having an office onsite is that we keep all of these items in stock for our guests. There should have been a vacuum in the laundry room as well. Next time please give us a call if you need anything. Enjoyed our visit !

This is a wonderful condo and a perfect location ! It is laid out perfectly. The beds are super comfortable and furniture is also ! Just a few things I would suggest correcting . Kitchen could have been better stocked - a couple of large and small Tupperware containers would be nice. The coastal air system that turns off after 90 seconds was turning off after quickly opening and closing the door . After flipping the AC breaker it was much better . Still not a fan of the coastal air system. Adults should be responsible enough to keep the doors closed :) The property manager was so friendly and helpful ! Would definitely stay here again

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The decor in 8B is lovely and the kitchen was well equipped. The problem we had was the filthy cloth couch. It had so many disgusting stains on it that we used a bedroom throw to cover the couch so we could sit on it. The "footstool" furniture was also very dirty. The unit desperately needs to be painted. The two chairs, although beautiful, we very uncomfortable. The deck furniture was very nice and generally everything was acceptable, with the exception of the dirty couch. The view of the complex is wonderful, but we would not recommend this particular unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 8B definitely needs some work. The fan above the stove sounds like it’s about to blow. The baseboards definitely need some cleaning and paint. A major deep cleaning to vents and around the ceiling fans would help. The showers have black mold in multiple locations. We washed a pair of jeans and they came out bleached. The washer/dryer have seen their better days. Lights in showers are burnt. We love Beach Colony and will be back. We just won’t be staying in 8B.

The Pool for this condo is HUGE and so nice to be able to still hear the beach from the pool chair. The beach access was also so easy. The condo itself was simply but beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. The living space had plenty of room and the view from the patio was amazing. We spent most of our time out there.
