The fully equipped kitchen, with its expansive island and modern appliances, flows seamlessly into the dining area with seating for eight—making every meal a shared experience.

The home’s five beautifully appointed bedrooms offer peaceful forest views and plenty of space to unwind. The primary suite boasts a four-poster bed and ensuite bathroom, while additional rooms are thoughtfully designed for both comfort and flexibility, including kid-friendly setups and work-friendly desks. With 3.5 bathrooms, everyone has space to refresh with ease.

Downstairs, a bonus hangout room doubles as your game-night headquarters, featuring a bar counter, foosball, mini fridge, and a table for snacks, cards, or casual meals. Outside, multiple decks let you soak in the crisp mountain air—whether grilling on the BBQ, lounging with a cup of coffee, or stargazing under the canopy of trees.

Additional conveniences include a washer and dryer, smart TVs, and plenty of parking with both garage and driveway space.

Known as "The Alps of Southern California," the beautiful Lake Arrowhead is a well-kept secret, even from California natives. The quaint, European-style Lake Arrowhead Village makes a good place to pass your days, but visitors most often spend their time delighting in the area's outdoor activities. Water skiing on the lake, fishing, and ATV riding are all popular pastimes in summer, while in winter, snow sports fanatics can get their fill of skiing on the local slopes. Whatever time of the year you visit, the temperate climate and numerous opportunities for adventure ensure a fun time for all.

Home Truths:
- This home allows 2 pets under 25 lbs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine.
- Please note, Lake Arrowhead is private. However, the Arrowhead Queen Tour Boat or water ski lessons from McKenzie's water ski school are available at the Arrowhead Village.
- Lake Gregory (20 min away) and Big Bear (50 min away) are public and offer boating and kayaking.
- A high chair and pack ’n play are available upon request.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

Parking Details:
- Driveway parking is available for 2–3 cars, plus 1 spot in the garage.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
