Experience relaxed island living at Larimar at Gentle Winds, a bright, beachfront condo on St. Croix’s North Shore. Enjoy gentle ocean breezes, a private sandy beach, and all the comforts of home. Swim in the large freshwater pool, play tennis, or grab a drink at the Beach Shack—all surrounded by 60 acres of tropical beauty.

Please Note: No central air and no dishwasher. The split-level condo offers three comfortable bedrooms with en-suite baths & window AC units, a fully equipped kitchen minus dishwasher, and open living and dining areas that flow onto a screened-in balcony overlooking the Caribbean. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi (cell service is limited but works well near the tennis courts) and keyless smart-lock entry. Towels, linens, and basic essentials are provided.

Guests have full access to the entire condo and all Gentle Winds community amenities, including the beach, pool, sports courts, and Beach Shack. Free parking is available right outside the unit.

Please note that for safety and maintenance reasons, balcony doors facing the road should be closed when you leave the condo, as tropical rainstorms can come on quickly.

Gentle Winds is centrally located on St. Croix’s lush North Shore, just minutes from Cane Bay’s diving, dining, and beach bars. Walk to the bioluminescent bay for a one-of-a-kind nighttime kayak, or drive to Christiansted for boutique shopping, sailing, and historic charm. The area is known for its friendly locals, laid-back energy, and unforgettable sunsets.

A rental car is essential for exploring the island—driving is on the left, and parking is free at the condo.
Electricity and water are precious resources on the island, and we appreciate your help in conserving them. Please turn off lights when not in use and limit running water while brushing your teeth. The sea and pool are yours to enjoy—so feel free to soak there instead of taking long showers.

We kindly ask that you respect the coral reef and surrounding environment. Please rinse off sunscreen at the poolside shower before entering the sea, as many sunscreens can harm marine life. Recycling is also encouraged—there’s a designated spot for cans next to the bins.

Service animals are always welcome with verification of their service card. Please note that the Gentle Winds Condominium Association has strict rules regarding pets on the property, and we’ll be happy to review those with you before arrival.

For your safety, there is a security camera at the entrance, which remains on until you have checked in and no longer need immediate assistance. It will be reactivated at checkout. We kindly ask that you do not tamper with it.
