Start your mornings on our brand-new backyard deck, ideal for coffee, lunch, or evening cocktails. The deck is easily accessible with just one step down from the kitchen French doors and features a dining table for six. Prefer to relax? Set up the Adirondack chairs for a peaceful outdoor escape surrounded by nature.

Inside, the inviting living room features a full-size sofa, loveseat, and electric fireplace, creating a warm and comfortable space—perfect for cozy Prescott winter nights or relaxing after a day of exploring downtown.

Guests often enjoy sightings of local wildlife, including deer and javelina, wandering through the unfenced front and back yards. This natural Prescott charm adds to the experience—please admire them from a distance for everyone’s safety.

We loved our stay here! Very cozy! Comfortable bed, great little back deck, cozy living room and close to everything in town. We walked all the way along granite creek to get to everything in town! Beautiful walk that starts right down the road. We would stay here again!

The home was perfect. The special notes/signs with instructions or info were really cute and tastefully displayed.Loved the home’s setting in amongst the trees. Really close to downtown area for walking.Very comfortable too.Would highly recommend staying inn this lovely home.

Great location - 10 minute walk to Whiskey Row/Town Center. It is a hill so be prepared when heading back home. House was clean and spacious with a stocked kitchen.

Well, other than the cool blue color of our home, the uniqueness lies in the updated yet mid-century touches. You’ll love the original hardwood floors from 1956! There’s no sneaking around at night with the creaking of the floors. This just adds to the charm. You’ll love the massive picture window on the front of the house that is your window to observe the many deer that frequent the front yard.
