The deck is easily accessible with just one step down from the kitchen French doors and features a dining table for six. Prefer to relax? Set up the Adirondack chairs for a peaceful outdoor escape surrounded by nature.

Judy and Mark live in Ahwatukee AZ. It’s a suburb of Phoenix. They love everything outdoors including hiking, sailing, or just hanging out and enjoying a cocktail after a long day at work. They enjoy their work/life balance. They own their own residential real estate business and are mainly a referral based business. Their attention to detail with their clients shows in the small details you’ll find in their Prescott home. Enjoy.

Bleu on Leroux sits in a great neighborhood just west of Downtown Prescott. It’s close enough to experience the best of Prescott yet far enough away to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the pines.

Well, other than the cool blue color of our home, the uniqueness lies in the updated yet mid-century touches. You’ll love the original hardwood floors from 1956! There’s no sneaking around at night with the creaking of the floors. This just adds to the charm. You’ll love the massive picture window on the front of the house that is your window to observe the many deer that frequent the front yard.
