We also performed a deep cleaning last week as we understood the home was in need of it. We will certainly speak with our cleaners to ensure they are following our high standards. Dear Theresa, Thank you kindly for taking the time to provide your feedback!! Just for your information, the showerhead in that bathroom has been replaced making the water pressure flow seamlessly. We have also replaced the beds that broke with brand new beds, comforters, and sheets. The towels and kitchen supplies have been all updated and replaced with brand new items. We also had the vent in the dryer cleaned out so that the dryer works efficiently. Even though we are proactive and addressed these issues while updating the home as needed, we would love for you to reach out to our office during your stay and we can even address these issues more quickly by replacing or repairing any areas that need it during your stay. We do our best to schedule maintenance during the turnover in between guests but there isn't always enough time to complete the entire list that we have scheduled before the next guest arrives.
