Features king suite with private bathroom and walk-in shower, 2 full baths, fully stocked kitchen, BBQ grill & tranquil lanai with swing chairs! Indoor & outdoor games for adults & kids. 5 min to downtown Cape Coral. Short drive to Fort Myers, Naples, Sanibel. Close to restaurants, bars, golf, shopping, marinas & beaches!
Wake up to the fresh Florida air. Sip your morning coffee (made from your fully stocked coffee/nespresso bar) while relaxing in the comfy swing chairs on your private lanai. After a quick breakfast, head out to explore the many nearby attractions. When you return, cool off in the kiddy pool while your pup runs around in the fully fenced-in back yard and enjoys some of our other special doggy amenities.
Take advantage of the fully equipped and stocked kitchen or the outdoor BBQ grill to make great dinner before you take a peaceful stroll or bike ride through the safe and quite neighborhood and soak in the stunning Southwest Florida sunset. I’m originally from the Boston area but Cape Coral quickly became a second home I fell in love with. When I’m not working as an ICU nurse, I love spending time with my dog, Delilah, and finding new local spots to enjoy with friends and family. Hosting allows me to share a home I’ve put a lot of love into and create a relaxing, welcoming space where guests can make their own memories.

The neighborhood is one of my favorite things about this home. It’s peaceful and family-friendly, with wide streets that are perfect for evening walks, bike rides, or catching the glow of Southwest Florida’s stunning sunsets. I love that it’s just minutes from Cape Coral’s marinas, local restaurants, and shops. You can enjoy the quiet at home but also have everything you need close by. It’s the best of both worlds: a safe, relaxing place to unwind with the convenience of nearby attractions.
