Less than a mile from the quaint Jackson Village and only minutes away from the breathtaking Mt. Washington, you’ll find yourself at the heart of adventure! With five nearby skiing destinations—just 5 minutes to Black Mountain and less than 10 to Wildcat and Attitash—you’ll have plenty of options for winter fun. Plus, there are amazing restaurants, hiking trails, Storyland, the beautiful Ellis River, horseback riding, and so much more all within easy reach!

Originally built in 1868 and formerly known as the Gupton House, our home has a rich history, and you can even see it featured in the "Yesterdays Lodging of Jackson" book on display. Over the years, we’ve made a few additions, and while it used to be an 11-bedroom bed and breakfast, we've opened up the space to create a larger, more inviting feel. You’ll enjoy the perfect balance of privacy and community, whether you want to gather with friends or retreat to your own cozy space.

Please note that during certain holiday weekends and peak times, we may require a minimum stay of 2-3 nights.

For your comfort and safety, we have surveillance cameras in the exterior driveway. We want to maintain a peaceful environment, so we kindly ask that there are no parties, extra guests, loud noise, fireworks, pets, or events. Any disturbances to neighbors or violations of our good neighbor policy may result in loss of your deposit and early termination of your stay without a refund.

We have a maximum of 6 vehicles, so please park in the driveway only and avoid parking on the road. If you have any additional guests or vehicles, please reach out for prior written approval.

For pet owners, we love furry friends! Just let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing a pet, and we can discuss our pet policy and any fees involved.

We’ve replaced the pool table with a fun shuffleboard that also includes bowling pins, and we have a portable ping pong table available for your enjoyment!

Our property doesn’t have charging capabilities for electric vehicles however you may be able to use the outdoor outlet. Please make sure to get our approval prior so we can monitor in case of any issues and the fee will be $15/night.

Since we use independent cleaner and maintenance companies that make their own schedule, we can not guarantee an early check in or late check out. If you wish to request an early or late check in/out, please reach out the day of your arrival or departure. We may have to charge a $25 fee to coordinate with the cleaner and maintenance companies to adjust their schedule. We often have same day check in and out, so if you would like to secure an early check in or late check out in advance, it will require us to block and adjust the rate for an additional night.

We may require a community deposit for your stay to make sure the community regulations are followed.
