This cozy unit features a king size bed and pull out sofa for sleeping accommodations of up to 4 guests. Within the unit you will also find kitchen, bath, dining and relaxing living spaces. There are many shared condominium amenities including the pool, hot tub, sauna, gym , laundromat, grill stations and more.

We enjoyed staying in this apartment, the place had what we needed , it was clean and great location to the beach!!we also enjoyed that it was pet friendly ! and the facilities were always clean and the outdoor areas well maintained, I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy the beach, swimming pool, jacuzzi and other amenities! Our host was available if we needed it.

Parking is easy and straightforward. Unit was clean and the curtains dark at night for a good sleep. Excellent host, very communicative and pleasant. Love the amenities.

The unit was small and cozy making it perfect for a couple. The parking was near the unit and the unit is relatively close to the pool. The room was stocked with very nice dishes, utopia towels, a large insulated torte, beach chairs, steamer, and bath and shampoo products. The bed was low and comfy, the AC worked great and the small patio was decorated with a small table, faux plant and two oversized rocking chairs. They were perfect for sipping our drinks and enjoying the breeze and star in the eventingThe only downfall was the sofa separating while we watched a movie. As weird as it sounds, we were sitting on the sofa, feet on the pullout ottoman ( doubled as an extra sleeping space) and as we sat, suddenly the sofa separated from the ottoman piece and we slipped onto the floor. Host was notified and we were assured the sofa would be checked. We didn’t sit on the sofa at all after that but we were fine on the dining room chairs. Ha! We enjoyed the stay, the pool, clean peaceful surroundings and just being in the moment. Brewster’s Ice House on the Island was located a couple of blocks away on the bay side so, we enjoyed a pleasant evening there one night.
