Great location for our purpose. Lots of room, but lacking in cups and kitchen towels. Very sparse. Mentioned outdoor fire pit, but was not hooked up and unusable. However, thank you for a wonderful family time together.

Everything was good except some missing items -We couldn't locate the iron table and Iron. There were no trash bags. For a 5-bedroom house there was not enough coffee and utensils. There was no sugar and salt. Usually we have got those in our previous stay with vrbo. Besides the above all were good.

Upon arrival, we were unable to access the house or reach the owner. It took about an hour to establish contact, but once we did, the door was opened, the code was changed, and we were able to settle in.The house itself was clean, spacious, and exactly as described, providing plenty of room for all of us, including two toddlers. However, we did notice a couple of spiders and ants in the bathroom and kitchen areas. I spoke with the homeowner about the need for pest control, and she was very receptive, responsive, and open to my suggestions for improvement. Aside from the insects, the home is beautiful and conveniently located near stores, downtown Atlanta, Stone Mountain, and the family we were visiting. We also thoroughly enjoyed watching the fireworks from the corner of the development.

Overall- a good location, price and condition. Host was very responsive. One bathroom wasn’t clean and within 30 minutes, a cleaner was at the door. Kitchen could have basic spices stocked for cooking, no wine glasses or iron.
