Our stay in this condo was absolutely wonderful! Our host was pleasant, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. She was a joy to work with and goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcomed. The sunrise/sunset views from the condo are the best that we’ve ever seen! The furniture on the balcony provided a great spot for drinking your morning coffee and enjoying the cool breeze. The rest of the condo kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were fully stocked with anything that we could want. We will definitely be back and are very thankful for our family vacation in OCMD.

The condo was exactly as described. It was in a great location with awesome views and comfortable furniture on the balcony. It was our favorite spot! The condo was super clean and not having to bring towels and linens was definitely a plus! The resort itself was also very clean, and the staff was super friendly. Dorothy is a sweetheart and was very responsive to my questions and calls. I highly recommend renting from Dorothy and Gary and will keep them in mind for our next trip to OCMD!

Nice location/unit

Overall a wonderful visit! Check in was delayed but the owner communicated alternative options effectively. We were able to register/park, then grabbed drinks on the deck while we waited. It was nice to have dedicated parking under cover, saved us on a few rainy days! The location was perfect for 4th of July, we walked to the park, roughly 20 mins with the congestion. When we got back, we had front row seats to a fireworks show in front of the building/right from the balcony! Beautiful views, and although we didn't have kids with us, I would highly reccomend it for families. Lots of visible security, easy beach access with rentals and lifeguards, and plenty of amenities. The unit itself is charming, classic OC vibe!! Cute beach decor, and the closet space was fine once you adjusted the extra pillows and vacuum around. The view from the entrance is also stunning. Waking up to the sun in the master bedroom was a nice oceanfront experience, and on a comfortable bed. 10/10 water pressure for how high up you are/the usual OC trickle lol amateur photos attached were taken throughout the week!

Not what we expected

The host is super sweet and always available for any issues and or questions. The pool, bar and all other amenities were wonderful. As far as the condo goes, there is no mention in the description that this is the host’s primary residence. The furniture throughout the condo is huge and there is too much clutter. Both bedroom closets are packed full and there is no room for you to hang clothes. We have 4 teens that stayed in the 2nd bedroom and they had to keep their items in their suitcases.The kitchen is cluttered and cabinets are a mess. Host is very particular about her condo which is understandable as it is her primary home. This did not make us feel comfortable at all. I cleaned up and worried more about her condo than I should have. Host should not rent to outsiders as she is so worried about all of her things and if you moved something to a different spot. All of her personal items should be put away. The dryer seems to be on its last leg. You shouldn’t rent out your primary home!

Relaxing Beach week

It was a great week at the beach. The condo was cool and the full size washer and dryer were a great addition to the usual apartment size. The owner provided some snacks and drinks which was really appreciated. The only downside was that I wished there was less clutter and more closet and drawer space to put our stuff away for the week rather than living out of suitcases. The owner was fantastic and very responsive through the whole process.

Beautiful Views!

We enjoyed our week so much! Sunset and morning views of the bay AND the ocean were breathtaking. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The lift and massage recliners were a bonus!! Dotty was incredibly easy to communicate with, there were extra snacks and amenities in the condo! She is so sweet and accommodating. The Golden Sands tiki bar, ice cream shop, deli and pools were a big hit for us too! Can’t wait to come back!!

Wonderful Vacation!

I highly recommend the Golden Sands and especially Dottie and Garys unit on the 19th floor! The unit was everything the listing said it would be and more. Dottie was easy to communicate with and a great host. She left many unexpected extras for us in the unit that were greatly appreciated! Would definitely stay again!

Property was beautiful and communication was great! All questions I had were answered immediately and Dorothy and Gary were always available. Views were amazing condo was gorgeous and very comfortable and it was an ideal vacation. Absolutely will be back again and truly worth every penny!!!

Very nice rental

The property owners were very attentive. The condo was clean and comfortable. The keurig is a very nice touch. The sun does hit the front bedroom right at sun up, we went to TJ Maxx and grabbed eye covers. Balcony is very private and has comfortable furniture. AC worked great. There were no issues during our stay.

Best Ever condo in OC!

Perfect getaway

The condo was neat and tidy and perfect for what we needed it for. Dotty was awesome, she left us lots of snacks and food items you typically Buy on vacation. The building itself was great because it was like a small Resort, you didn't have to go anywhere if you didn't want to. I definitely will be going back.

Wonderful Vacation Week!

What an ideal vacation we had this week. This unit is spacious and comfortable and very clean! Most impressive is the STUNNING VIEWS from it's oceanfront balcony! Everything we were looking for to relax was readily available. The beach, the pool, the lovely deck and our favorite the TIKI BAR! We never had to go far to enjoy our stay. Dotty is so sweet and such a pleasure to work with! She went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly for the week. We will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Spacious clean and right on the beach!

It was one of our best beach vacations. The unit was more than enough space for our 4 adults and 2 children. The balcony view was gorgeous and it was a very easy walk to the beach. It was a very family friendly resort and we couldn’t have asked for anything more from our vacation.

The Ideal Vacation Rental in Ocean City

This rental property is the perfect getaway. The condo has extras that other units do not have, starting with the most comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom, and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. The balcony is beautifully furnished with wicker furniture and is the ideal place to watch the sunrise, read a book, dry your clothes and beach watch. The living room is cozy with two couches, two recliners and a flat screen TV. The kitchen has everything you need including a Keurig coffee maker. The Tiki bar on the 1st floor is a great place to do happy hour or grab a quick lunch. If it rains there is an indoor pool on the 22nd floor and a work out room. If its sunny, you take a elevator to the 1st floor and you are steps away from the beach. But what made this rental so special are the amazing owners of the condo, Dottie and Gary. They truly went out of their way on more than one occasion to accommodate us, and the care they took in decorating their condo is a testament to the joy they feel in sharing this amazing vacation spot with their guests. We had a wonderful time, and we thank our wonderful hosts..

Rejuvenating (-: Amazing & Gorgeous Views from up above!!!!!!

What to say other than, the Best week ever!!!! Very....Clean & perfect condo! Owner, such a wonderful & beautiful person to deal with that you want to go back AGAIN!!!!! We loved waking up each morning to look out the floor to ceiling windows & watch the Sun Rise!! We have stayed several times in Ocean City, this was by far our favorite!! Many convenient spaces right there, that you really don't need to go much further. Private little beach area (right behind the pool area) a huge dining area right out on your own private mini board walk I'll call it!!! The Tiki Bar was a great addition, Mini mart store for any items you may need. A clothing & beach accessories store, coffee shop with sweets & treats & a few others!! Right beyond these I mentioned is a shuffleboard court, tennis court & sand covered beach volleyball area. We highly recommend this Lovely, Clean unit - The owners son Michael, was nearby in the event we would need him for anything..... :) which we did not! Book now for any week of the year, You will Love it & won't have any complaints:) Once again I'd love to say Thanks to Dorothy, Gary Michael for renting this GREAT PLACE to me, my husband & two daughters!!!! See you again maybe before next summer!!! Enjoy the rest of your summer.

Absolutely amazing

Well can I tell you that the owner is sweetest pie and an absolute joy to deal with.... As for The condo. I could see the sunrise from my bedroom I could see the sunset from the back bedroom there's plenty of things to do it's your own little resort absolutely amazing I will be staying there again probly even this year

Ocean City Paradise

I absolutely loved my stay. This unit is perfect. It is private and comfortable and the view is spectacular. Very relaxing to hear the waves from the balcony. I will definitely book this unit again on my next visit to Ocean City. Thank you Dorothy for all your hospitality you have a beautiful home.

Suite in the sky

We were looking for a place to relax near the beach. Not only was there enough space to spread out, it was right on the beach with an incredible view! The master and living room have floor to ceiling windows looking out onto the ocean. You can access the balcony from either room, so it was nice to have the terrace door open to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. (Yes, the king master bed is as luxurious as the photos). It was also nice to have the two bathrooms even though it was just the two of us. There are shops and markets close by, making this a great location. We were pre-season, which meant that the shops downstairs were not open yet. We would love to come back in season to enjoy all of the amenities the building has to offer. The kitchen was very efficient with new appliances. The weather was so so for a couple of days, so it was nice to cook a meal here. Everything was spotless, which made us feel very comfortable. Checking in was a breeze and the owners were a joy to work with. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

I love the new Mattresses I provide snacks and things to welcome you in the kitchen. ( Tea and Keurig.coffee station) I have recommendations for shoppers that pickup or shop an order and have it all in here and ready at checkin. Also all the linens are provided and all set up on beds and 8 sets of towels. I’ll do early checkin if the your personal staff gives me the all clear. Always ask if you need or want something.
