Location is wonderful. Area was quiet. Unit clean. Could use more in kitchen- serving bowls, mugs, etc. overall though- great.

Quiet location and easy walk to beaches

Bright, cozy condo with open floor plan was the perfect size for a family of 4. The area was very quiet. Sidewalks made the short walk to the beach easy.

Great Condo Near the Beach

My husband and I had a wonderful week in this modern , well stocked condo . The beach passes and beach parking is definitely a plus . We can’t wait to book our return for next summer !

Everything Expected and More!

This was the perfect place for me and my family. I've been coming to Misquamicut for many years with family and this year was the first time bringing my daughter. This condo is in amazing shape. Everything looks and feels so clean and modern while keeping the Misquamicut beach rental vibe. Easy walking distance to the fire district beach (the beach parking pass was especially great for getting to the beach quickly with a toddler in tow!) as well as shops and restaurants. The washer and dryer in the unit was the cherry on top. Nothing better than to have clean and dry beach clothes and towels ready for the next day! Will definitely look to stay here again!

Good Getaway

Overall place was as described. Clean with up to date styling. Not all bed linens were available to make up the beds and were told it would be dropped off the next day. It wasn't. Communications with property owner via vrbo platform was not timely with some questions left unanswered.

Cute condo, great stay!

Had a great week-long stay! The condo is very well decorated, clean and very very quiet. Very comfortable beds! It was nice to have 2 parking spots for visitors and two decks based on where the sun was during the day. The place is set-back from the busy road which is nice, and is about a 10 minute walk to the closest MFD beach. Didn't use the outdoor shower, but did use the grill and outdoor space. The kitchen could be better stocked, but didn't effect the trip. Overall great stay!

Beautiful Condo with 2 water views!

We absolutely loved this condo! It is conveniently close to the beach, with views of both the pond and the ocean. It is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. There is a grill conveniently located downstairs, and a gorgeous kitchen for those who chose to cook some meals while away. The beach pass was great, and saved us a lot. A great getaway place, we will be back! 5 stars!!

Lovely Gem Near the Water

We loved staying at this condo! It was located in a central location, just minutes from the beach and shopping, and yet so quiet. The beds were comfortable and it was so clean, a double plus. Although it would appear to be small, the layout was perfect. We also enjoyed spending time on the porches. An overall wonderful vacation, highly recommend. Thank you!

Spacious, sunlit and close to the beach! We could see and smell the water!

We loved this two bedroom condo. The living area is spacious and great for hosting our friends for cocktails. The beds are super comfy, and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. We enjoyed the Adirondack chars on the balcony overlooking the pond. Will definitely return.

It has become a haven of relaxation for vacationers and year round guests. My building company has been in operation for over 20 years. I build quality custom homes on the shoreline. I meticulously maintain the rental properties. I work hard and take great pride in my businesses and my community, but I love to play too! My own vacation rental experience makes me sensitive to the needs of guests, and I outfit each of rental as though it were for my family's own use. I welcome you to enjoy the property and our beaches as they were meant to be enjoyed - to the max!
