Check in / out were very easy. Communication was excellent. The room is clean and well equipped. I would give 4.5 stars but not able for a partial. The partial (not 5 stars) is only due to an unscheduled Fire Alarm test, at 9am on Wed morning. Everything else was GREAT!

This was a really nice place to stay in a secure building. It’s a little confusing because the signage on the outside says assisted living facility so when we first got there we thought we were in the wrong place. The room was very clean and almost looks like the pictures. The pictures make it seem bigger than it is. My only complaint about it was that the bed was extremely small for 2 people and very uncomfortable.
