I really enjoyed living in this apartment. The building is new, clean, and very comfortable, with brand-new furniture and a cozy atmosphere. Management is excellent—always helpful and professional. The security in the building is top-level, and I felt safe every day. Highly recommend!

My stay in these apartments left me with only the most positive impressions. Everything was very clean, cozy, beautiful, and thoughtfully arranged for comfortable living. The apartment is well-maintained, modern, and creates a feeling of comfort and peace from the very first days of staying there. I would especially like to mention the building manager — she is an incredibly kind, responsive, attentive, and very pleasant person. She is always ready to help with any questions and treats people with genuine care, respect, and warmth. Thanks to her attitude, the stay becomes even more comfortable and stress-free. It is very rare to meet someone so friendly and sincere who truly cares about the residents and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. Another great advantage is the location of the building. It is in a very convenient area — close to Route 18, with shops, cafés, pharmacies, and everything needed for comfortable living nearby. Everything is very close and easy to access. I am truly grateful for such a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend these apartments to anyone who values cleanliness, comfort, a convenient location, and genuinely kind people. For me, this place deserves a solid 10 out of 10.
