Less than a mile to Wash Park, dozens of independent restaurants and breweries, and quick access to the Alameda light rail station to get anywhere in town! Less than a 10-minute drive to downtown Denver. Great for couples, solo adventurers, remote workers, or business travelers who want a peaceful home base close to Denver’s top attractions. Remote work station, free parking, and free ultra-fast 1GB/sec internet access!
The Space:
* Fully equipped kitchen: stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all the cookware you need for home-cooked meals
* Luxurious king bed with blackout curtains, a white noise machine, and an air purifier for restful sleep
* Comfortable futon, perfect for an additional adult or a couple of small children
* Pack ‘n play and baby bath tub for families traveling with little ones (please request prior to arrival)

Looking for something outdoorsy? Take a stroll, jog, or bike-ride around Denver's favorite park, Wash Park, one of the largest public green spaces in Denver. The studio is also just minutes from excellent shopping at the Cherry Creek Mall. Transportation is a breeze with an RTD bus stop steps from the back door and the Alameda Light Rail Station only a mile away.
