Master bedroom with direct full ocean view features king size bed, on suite bathroom with walk-in shower, plenty of closet space. 2nd bedroom has king size bed. 3rd bedroom has a futon, doubles as sitting room. Laundry room with full size washer & dryer. The 2nd bathroom has a tub with shower. Cable, Wi-Fi, AC, large heated pool and assigned covered parking with additional parking for friends & family. the Mark is a beautiful building with direct private access to the beach, very large spacious heated pool and easy parking. Our unit is on the 5th floor facing West/North with incredible views of the Cocoa Beach Pier, Cape Canaveral Port and rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center.
