Convenient location for visiting my UTK student with our pets. Condo was clean, area felt safe and access was easy. Parking was always available. Would stay here again.

The owner of this rental is a con artist. Do not rent here. I reserved a 14 night stay here back in January. Paid everything up front. The owner's terms were that the reservation could be modified or cancelled by a date 2 days before the stay, for no charge. 2 months before the stay, I requested to modify the reservation by dropping from 14 nights to 9. This was agreed and the reservation modified. The check out was at 10am today (the 9 nights used) and I STILL have not received my almost 1700 refund from this owner. VRBO insists it is owner initiated and now the owner has health problems and her assistant is "TRYING" to figure out the refund. Whole thing is a scam. DO NOT RENT HERE. What an awful experience.

This was an interesting one. Host was AWESOME. Very helpful, communicative, and accommodating. A for her. Price was very competitive, even aggressive. Condo was very clean and fun amenities like snacks provided. Bathrooms were great albeit a bit small, beds were comfy. The downside - the property is old and tired and parts of the condo were too. Whoever took the pictures gets an A for making it look better than it is. Riding up in the elevator (which is particularly worn out) was honestly a bit shocking. Just lent a Class C or D property vibe. So - host and cleanliness - A. Vibe - C for tiredness. Would I rent again - you bet.
