POOL HEAT
he pool is open for heating year-round at an additional fee of $120 per day. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

Please note that the pool heaters will not operate if the outside temperature drops to 50 degrees or below. Heating times can vary depending on the season, outside temperature, humidity, and other factors, so we kindly ask that you plan ahead when turning on the pool or spa.

CONSTRUCTION
There is ongoing construction across the channel involving the development of three homes in that area. The work is being completed in phases, so there is currently no set schedule indicating which days construction activity (and potential noise) will occur. As this is an intermittent project, guests may experience some disturbance at times, but there is no confirmed timeline for when construction on these three homes will be completed.

NO PETS
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Violations of the city ordinance will be subject to fines of up to $5,000.
