Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
The bunk beds are strictly for kids or adults weighing less than 200lbs. This weight limit applies to top and bottom bunks respectively. Hosts are not responsible for any misuse or negligence of the bunk bed or its weight limits.
The pool gets serviced and maintained by the community HOA. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause it to appear discolored. Monsoon season with heavy wind and rains is June through September. We do not issue refunds for problems related to HOA managed amenities that are outside our control.
The pool is heated seasonally during the winter-spring months.
The Private Hot Tub is available and heated year round, located at the house. The hot tub is serviced and maintained weekly. Please make sure to keep the hot tub cover on at all times when not in use.

Overnight parking is designated to the 2-car garage ONLY! No overnight street parking or driveway parking. Large, oversized lifted vehicles are not able to fit in the garage and may require parking outside the community.
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
