Not my first time here and definitely not the last. This little house is what Pawleys Island is all about. The history of this place to the location is just great ! Nancy is the best !

Pawley’s at it finest!

The property was everything, that it was advertised. The host was very helpful made it very easy! The property was perfect for our family coming and going so close to the beach just short walk to the beach!

Fantastic.

It was everything as was described. Love the fact that the owner made contact with us and made us feel at home. The extra bonus was it was easy short access to the beach. Definitely will stay there again.

Lovely Stay

This is such a nice place to stay on Pawley Island. Close to grocery store and restaurants and just around the corner from the beach access. Will come back soon!

GREAT STAY

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was quite comfortable and really close to the beach. Would definitely stay there again. There is plenty of room for 6 or more. We were only two and our dog and it was a great place to stay.

Perfect location!

If you're looking for an affordable place to just enjoy the beach, this is it. The view of the marsh is beautiful and you are a 2 minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and people are friendly. A 5 to 10 minute drive to the mainland gets you to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommmended.

Great Beach House

This house is the perfect beach bungalow. While it is not fancy, it had everything we needed with a nice homey feel. It was a very short and easy walk to the beach (close enough to hear the waves from the screened in back porch). We really enjoyed the marsh view from the front deck as well. The owner, Nancy, was great to work with too! We would totally stay there again.

Perfect Week in April

Perfect setting for sisters getting away. We also created beautiful wedding bouquets. Neighbors very friendly. Beach is just a quick skip to the beach. Beautiful marsh views. We'll be back! Very comfortable and stocked kitchen. Thank you Nancy, fell in love with the place.

Very Relaxing

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sandy Flat on Pawleys Island. My adult daughters and I enjoyed the short walk to the beach, the cozy home, very well stocked and close to dining, shopping, and our family that we were visiting. We especially enjoyed the history books of Pawleys Island and the lovely art work. Nancy was a gracious host and very responsive. It was a perfect trip :)

I grew up in Greenville SC Where I graduated from GHS and Furman University . After graduation I taught high school math and science in Charleston before marriying and moving to Georgetown, SC.
My husband and I had 2 children. After his untimely death at the age of 42, I became a New York Life agent retiring in 2000.
At 54 I started taking cello lessons and currently play in 2 orchestras. I am a “member with excellence” and former president of the South Carolina Watermedia Society.
I am currently married to Terry Agner, a retired Lutheran pastor. We are the grandparents of 7 grandchildren and divide our time between Georgetown and Asheville, NC
