この新しく装飾され改造された32エーカーのカントリーコテージは、リラックスした隠れ家、出張、乗馬、または釣りの本部を待っています。

ブロードヒルランファーム、LLCのコテージは、I 75レニアルシティ、テネシー州出口から1マイルと私75 /私40インターチェンジから4マイルです。

釣り人のために：コテージはフォートラウドンダムまで5マイル、Watts Bar Kingston ParkとBoat Rampから16マイル、Tellico Village Yacht Clubまで13マイル、そしてNorrisダム州立公園まで48マイルに位置しています。 2019年の早春に建てられる魚の清掃区域。

This is a wonderful property. It’s comfortable, beautiful, clean, well equipped, and in a quiet location. We have used it twice now for a small family gathering and it’s perfect.

The house was great, the fenced in yard was wonderful, our dog loved it. The house was exactly as described, the heated floor in the bathroom and jets in the shower were a nice treat!

Well appointed with a great kitchen and family room. The owner was extremely helpful with accurate directions. She even helped me make contacts for an upcoming wedding. Only thing that would make the stay better-1-a mirror in the twin bedroom 2-hooks or towel rack in the main hall bathroom. Otherwise everything else worked perfectly.

Great property. As listed. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Well stocked. Loveseat in living room very comfortable but couch well worn and felt lumpy to sit on. Large wrap around porch and rocking chairs were nice to enjoy since the weather was cool. Would suggest blowing off porch and knocking down spider webs at doors before guests arrive but I understand the owner was out of town when we checked in. Just a nice suggestion for the future.

First, I chose it because it has a fence for our dog. Then I chose it because of how good the pictures look for the inside. But they don’t do it justice. The inside is immaculate and completely comfortable. I slept wonderfully on a very comfortable bed. It had ample space in good flow, very cozy. The master en suite had heated tile floor and a large spa like shower. It’s in the country so the yard is country. I gave the cushions a dusting, and we sat outside and enjoyed the fireflies.

Inviting and Comfortable

The home is decorated beautifully, very clean and accommodating with good outside seating. Country feel, yet accessible from main roads. Lisha was a great host and communication was easy.

Family visit

We had a wonderful time. The beds were so comfortable we all slept in! Dogs loved the fenced yard and watching the horses. The only negative thing we can say is that it was hard getting up the first step, could have used a hand rail.

Perfect spot for a Thanksgiving family get together

This was our third time to stay here! We love this house! It is a perfect location for family in KY, SC, NC, GA and VA to meet up even for an hour or two since it is just about 10 min off the interstate! We love the huge kitchen and how it opens to the living room so we can gather and visit easily. If we meet up in this area next year, we will stay here again!

Perfect spot for ut / Bama

Lisha was such a wonderful host . Property was immaculate and had every amenity . Kids loved seeing and petting the horses . She even supplied cardboard and wood for the fire pit . My daughter was begging not to leave and asked when we could come back . I would definitely recommend to anyone .Such a quick drive to knoxville but nice and secluded for a quiet stay . Thank you so much for your hospitality

She currently owns and manages Broad Hill Run Farm, LLC, which specializes in breeding, training and developing Warmblood Sport Horses.
Her past careers and endeavors include rafting, kayaking, hiking and horseback riding guide services. She developed a Corporate Training Buisness called the One Woman Team which utilized the outdoors and nature to build teams and to develop confidence and positive risk taking in business leaders and staff.
She is very much an entrepreneur with many businesss and endeavors. Also, a lover of The Arts and Music. And a Foodie!
