This flat was perfect for a family! Very spacious and well stocked for all the things we needed. The bakery around the corner was a perfect place to eat. The Eiffel Towel is walking distance. A great, safe and quiet street with proximity to shops and restaurants. We were greeted warmly upon checking in and had a lovely time!

This apartment is nice enough but the furniture feels old and somewhat oddly placed. The layout is strange, even for an apartment in France. The upstairs neighbors are very loud and the floors do not hide any noise. It is wonderfully located with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby and the view of the Eiffel Tower is great.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment is even more grand and beautiful than appears in photos. The beds and linens were comfortable and the building is beautiful on a quiet, lovely street. A view of the top half of the Eiffel Tower is a real treat from the living and dining rooms. Antoine is extremely responsive, helpful and kind. He was patient with our tricky travel logistics. This was a real treat!

Localização o ponto mais forte desse local, realmente excelente. Acomodações amplas, camas confortáveis, muitas toalhas, itens básicos ok, cozinha muito bem equipada. A distribuição dos cômodos é um pouco esquisita, com wc isolados (2) sem pias e 2 banheiros para banho sem wc. A sala é distante da cozinha, fica um pouco mais difícil. O piso de madeira é barulhento, e a noite faz barulho se alguém anda. Prédio ok, com elevador pequeno mas bem funcional. Local silencioso, charmoso, com restaurantes, boulangerie e supermercado a passos de distância. Estação metrô a cerca de 7-8 min.
