Welcome to Pike Place at Mill Creek, only 5 minutes from Clemson University and 2 minutes to Clemson Boulevard. It is the perfect getaway for game day, visiting your student, or to simply unwind! This PRIVATE, secluded location is surrounded by hundreds of acres of land owned by Clemson University, and the ONE AND ONLY home having direct access to a 60 acre portion of Lake Hartwell. There is no other location like this!

    •    Sleeps up to 6 guests – perfect for families & friends. 1 bedroom with king size bed and 2 full size murphy/wall beds located in living room
    •    Spacious living room with smart TV for pre/post-game hangs
    •    Fully equipped kitchen + outdoor grill. Please note that kitchen does not have stovetop or dishwasher but electric skillet and dual hot plates, and full set of pots/pans stocked so you can still cook your favorite meals!
    •    Plenty of parking & fast WiFi
• Surrounded by 100s of acres of untouched Clemson University land, makes this home the ultimate private oasis
• Enjoy quiet time watching all the wild life this area has to offer
• 2 Jon boats available upon request
• Large driveway able to accommodate large trailers, boat trailers, and a place to park an RV or camper
• Less than a minute drive to Twelve Mile Park. Amenities include: boat launch, play ground, 50+ picnic sites, restrooms, and beach.

Our favorite after 7 years of traveling to Clemson on big weekends! Enjoyed pool table, dart board and the huge deck and outdoor area. Wandered down to the water and caught a fish! Highly recommend.

Host was great, communicated very well.The location was awesome and we enjoyed the lake front, good fishing.The only negatives that we found were......the listing was a little deceiving in that it pictured a king bed, 2 queen beds and then 2 queen murphy beds. We thought there was gonna be another bedroom. I didnt read all the amenities when booking and assumed there was a dishwasher and washer and dryer. I assumed cuz every other vrbo we have stayed at had them, So that was a little disappointing. Also no stove top, we made the best of it with the griddle and hot plates. Loved the decor and the homey feeling. The beach was nice and all the amenities of the outdoors. Would definitely stay here again
