A block north is Senator Gwen Margolis Park, a 2.84‑acre green space with a soccer field, shaded playground, picnic tables and a leash‑free “Bone Zone” dog area. Perfect for families and pet owners. We chose this neighborhood because it offers resort‑style living with a genuine community feel, waterfront views and easy access to both nature and city attractions.
