Welcome to The Jewel, the middle unit of our fully renovated triplex. Everything inside has been refreshed with modern finishes, new furnishings, and a clean, uncluttered style designed for comfort. Perfect for couples or solo travelers, The Jewel is a peaceful hideaway in a convenient Wilmington location.
The unit sits right next to the Nir Family YMCA, Wilmington’s flagship branch. You can purchase a day pass and enjoy full access to the pool, sauna, hot tub, weights, cardio machines, spin bikes, and group fitness classes. Wallace Park and Port City Java are just a short drive away. Indochine Restaurant, Whole Foods, and several cafés and breweries are also close by, while downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk are less than 5 minutes by car. Wrightsville Beach is under 15 minutes away when you’re ready for sand and surf.
