この多目的コンドミニアムは、マスターベッドルームのキングベッド、リビングエリアのベッドを引き出したクイーンベッド、マスターベッドルームのアルコーブで利用できるハイエンドのフルサイズベッドのメモリーフォームに最大6名様までご宿泊いただけます。

このユニットは2013年8月にレンタルプールに入居し、すべての家具（キングベッド＆マットレス、スリーパーソファー、ダイニングセット、食器洗い機、フラットスクリーンテレビ、コーヒーメーカー、リネン - すべて）が新しくなりました。目には見えませんが、2014年2月に新しい給湯機と炉が設置され、快適なご滞在をお約束します。マスターベッドルームの新しいカーペットと塗料は2016年10月に完成しました。これは非喫煙のマンションです。

ホットタブは、共通エリアのユニットのすぐ外側にあります。その他の便利な設備には、1階のランドリーとコンドミニアムの屋根付駐車場があります。

Near everything

This is an excellent location property. The owner, Brooke has all the amenities a family would need. The best features of condo are: covered parking garage; super close to main PC attractions, two full bathrooms. I would recommend this place to small family.

Great place & great location

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. The place was remodeled, clean, and nicely furnished. It is a short walk to main street and easy access to all that Park City has to offer.

Ski Vacation

We would return in the evening to recuperate from too much skiing. Cooking was possible as everything we needed was there. If it got a bit cool we turned on the fireplace with the flip of a switch.

Ski Condo

Condo is super convenient to ski at Park City. Two stops on the free bus and you are right at Town Lift which is super cute. Condo has everything to cook in to make it feel like cute. Host was super easy to communicate with and was super responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Hidden gem within walking distance of Restaurants, Bars and Shopping

Second time staying at this property. Super comfy king bed, 2 full bathrooms with lots of fluffy towels. Lots of hot water for long hot showers. Kitchen had everything we needed. Even though there is only a mini-fridge, it was big enough for our needs since we ate out most nights. The stairs are a little challenging but really no big deal (very narrow).

Absolute Gem in Park City.

I came into town for a ski camp in Deer Valley. This unit is located so conveniently close to everything in downtown Park City. The unit was easy to find, check in process was flawless, parking spot was so convenient, and the unit was clean and had everything you could possibly need. This unit is also a very short drive to Deer Valley. Would love to stay here again when returning to Park City.

Spring ski trip

Amazing property, just as advertised. Location steps to bus stop for free bus to skiing, steps to Main Street for restaurants and shopping. Great amenities. Very clean and modern. Bed and pullout couch very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

Comfortable stay in a great location

Everything as listed. Clean and comfy. Loved having the covered parking right at the unit. Quiet neighborhood within a short walk of restaurants and shops. Great communication with property owner.

Cute and comfortable in unbeatable location!

We had a wonderful in time in your beautiful condo. Such a great location, it was nice to be able to walk to main street. The condo is super cute and very comfortable. Park City is on of my favorite town and I can't wait to come back an stay with you again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Cozy, comfortable

Close to bus stop. Central to ski locations. Walking distance to restaurants. Fireplace and hot tub were great after a day of skiing. Nice to have off street parking.

Perfect condo for our recent visit to Park City

I would highly recommend this condo. Recently my husband and I stayed there while visiting our daughter and family. The location was perfect, we could walk everywhere, Park City Mountain Resort, Historic Main Street and for groceries. It was clean, well furnished and all the comforts of home, even had covered parking for our car. I am very pleased to have found this place and hope to use it again when we visit Park City.

Park City playground

Perfectly located for great access to Park City’s quaint downtown and Deer Valley Resort. Owner was very easy to work with when we had a slight change in our travel plans. Condo is nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Having parking was an added bonus. Only small complaint was the intermittently loud neighbors. Otherwise perfect spot!!

Old town comfort

A very accessible,quiet and beautiful location on old Park City. The only minor complaint is the neighbor's dog barking at us and a visitor parking in the parking spot. The kitchen was well furnished, the bathrooms are nice (two of them), and the house has plenty room for a couple or small family (4). We would come back if we have the chance.

Wonderful little hide away

We stayed for a week and this place was great. Only a few block down from old town. The dog park is just down the street with a coffee shop right next to it. This place was very affordable and had everything we needed. The bed is super comfortable and gas fireplace is very warm if you need it. The ceiling fan was great for sleeping during the summer nights. The second story deck faces the street and is wonderful to hang out on during the evening. We will definitely be returning to this place again in the future.

Good location

Overall good experience as the location was convenient for walking to most anything. A suggestion: bathrooms and kitchen needed hand and back soap. If not going to provide inform guests so they can bring. We had to go out and buy after a long day of driving.

We are from upstate NY. Our daughter moved to Park City in 1995 and now lives here with her husband and our granddaughter. This condo is grandma and grandpa's home away from home when in Park City.

After many visits to Park City - we found this location could not be beat. When we bought this unit we were thrilled to have found a small piece of Park City right in the heart of town.
