Park City Galleria 407 is located right on Park City's Historic Main Street and situated above the Galleria Mall, offering shops and ski rentals. You will be steps away from all the restaurants, shops, and nightlife of Main Street, the Park City Town Lift for ski access, and next door to the Gateway Center, one of the Sundance Film Festival's hubs. In the summer, enjoy hiking and mountain biking trails, outdoor concerts, and festivals, while in the winter, experience world-class skiing and snowboarding just minutes from your door.

This condominium has 559 square feet, offering one bedroom and one bathroom to accommodate up to four guests.

Access is via the Galleria Mall, and entering this fourth floor condo puts you in the main living area with the living room, kitchen and dining area.

Living Room: Features mountain-style furnishings including a queen-size sofa sleeper with a plush mattress, a 38” Smart TV with cable and Blu-Ray DVD player. Enjoy the large windows that bring in lots of natural light with stunning Old Town and mountain views.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped to let you prepare delicious snacks and meals with ease.

Location, Location

You cannot beat this location— walkable to all the restaurants and shops, right next to the downtown lift, etc. Well appointed space with everything you need to be comfortable and spread out.

Incredible location

Great spot for a solo traveler or couple. Great location on main street. Communicative management. 100 / hour for early check in / late check out (4pm / 10am) was the only thing that bumped me.

Clean, Can't be anymore centrally located.

Great little place. Very clean, everything you need is right there. We opted to stay on Main St this trip and this was a great spot. Could use black out curtains, and better pillows, but the rest was great.

The condo was exactly as shown in the listing. It was clean, organized and convenient to the shops and restaurants on Main Street, and a 2 block walk to the town lift.

Location, location, location

You can’t be the spot on Main st. You do pick up street noise in this unit (407), but worth it. It’s seconds from OTTC which makes getting to any mountain super easy. The only dark mark is the hot tub. It’s dated and could use some TLC. Other than that, we would for sure stay here again. Thank you!

Great location but…

Perfect location with access to great restaurants, shops and the town lift. IMO it’s a nice condo but I wouldn’t describe it as luxurious. It’s on Main Street which means you hear all the street noise and people celebrating in park city until way past midnight. The biggest draw back is the hot water is on a community system for the building. We weren’t able to take hot showers after skiing (between 4 - 8) any of the days we were there.

Nice 1 Bedroom in Downtown Park City

Everything was walkable (food, shopping, rinsing/skiing)! We didn’t need a car. We took a shuttle to and from Salt Lake and picked up some groceries on the way to Park City. We had a drink on the roof deck one night which was fun with great views! The spa was a bit dated but a resident told us it was being redone. We had a great time in a great condo for our needs!

a wonderful weekend

The condo was great! Had everything we needed. The location amazing, right in the middle of the action. We loved being able to walk everywhere. One of the negatives is also that it was right in the middle of the action. If you are a light sleeper you might be keeped up by the party people on the street. The window coverings do not keep out the street light so again if you are a light sleeper look elsewhere. A big plus was not having to move the car once the entire time. Having covered parking was great. The parking lot is not convenient for loading your stuff to the apartment and you have to hope that someone pulls out so you can get a spot. Overall other than those minor things, which really have nothing to do with the plade, it was amazing and I would stay again.
