Thanksgiving getaway

The condo is beautiful and spacious! The security and other staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the indoor pool and movie theater options as well. A lot of the games in the game room weren’t working properly this stay but usually we don’t have any issues there.

Thanksgiving get-away

My family and I had a great stay! The condo is beautiful and the Seawatch has great amenities! Check-in is easy and we were allowed to check-in early! We’ve stayed in this condo twice now and can’t wait to book another vacation here!

Great location and amenities!

Could not have been happier with this stay. For our first time in this area this was the perfect spot. Great location with many stores and restaurants across the street. Easy location for getting to/from places via vehicle. Will book again and will highly recommend!

Great place

Our stay at this place was wonderful. Elaine and Lance were very helpful with answering questions. The place was very clean and had wonderful updates! Amenities at the Sea Watch were fantastic with 4 young children.

Love this condo

Our family has stayed in this unit twice and is a perfect location for families with young kids!! Right on the beach and plenty for the kids to do!! This unit has been wonderful love the 3rd extra bedroom with pocket doors (great space saver).

Great Beach Condo!

Super kid-friendly resort

Loved the location. Beach front - easy access to beach & all pools ! Movies, arcade, snack machines. Easy access to bathrooms from beach Elevators were too few- unit was a bit smaller than pictured as was the deck Loved the direct W/D area with all the chairs cart & chairs high chair !!

A great condo!

Everything was as advertised. We loved the beach supplies and the full sized washer and dryer. So helpful. The view was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked. And the ceiling fans were great at night. Thanks for a great vacation!

Beautiful condo on the beach!

This condo was beautifully furnished and decorated. The views from the balcony were outstanding. Only downside was check in process. Had to wait on a long line to o rain parking pass and then wait for a luggage cart. Has issue with refrigerator not working but it was taken care off within a few hours. Overall very pleased and would rent this unit again in the future.

Nice property, some issues

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this unit. The condo has a nice configuration, it was stocked with helpful beach gear, and the location can’t be beat. I found that the communication with the management company was good- they responded promptly to questions and concerns. The condo did have some cleanliness issues. Everything looked clean on the surface; however it was obvious that the cleaning crew only cleaned what was visible. For instance, there was sand in the couch when we arrived, crumbs in one of the windows beds under the sheet, potato chips under a rug in the small bedroom, and there was a great deal of trash/food/dust under the couch and the rug. The management company did offer to send a cleaner after we complained, but by that point we had u packed and cleaned things ourselves. The condo needs a deep clean.

Everything was perfect BUT

Hi! Unit 1314 had everything you would look for on the beach.for our family of 8. Everything seemed new and everything provided all the way up to the beach chairs, the high chair the umbrella. Beds were super comfortable.......unfortunately the brand new refrigerator broke. Nobody's fault.....maybe Whirlpools and we understand that. Luckily the freezer continued to work so we could keep some things cold and you guys were excellent at getting us a mini fridge that was kept out in the storage room that we kept our drinks in. Between the time we figured out the fridge wasnt working (and we think from day one it didnt work) til we could use the much smaller mini fridge it cost us an additional $200 eating out and ordering in....spoiled food.. We feel like that was a big inconvenience and spending of money that was not planned for. When you spend that much money on a place for a week's vacation at the beach you don't want to have to put out more then you budgeted. We feel a refund of $200 would be fair. We loved SeaWatch and would recommend this place again. Thank you!

Quiet vacation spot

This unit is perfect for a bigger family needing that 3rd area to sleep in. It was very quiet and we loved that the building had a small arcade, indoor pool and movie theater that was free to get in for the kids on those rainy days that you can't really do much of anything else. The kitchen was fully stocked, it had pots and pans, cups, silverware, dishes, even a toaster, toaster oven and crockpot. The unit also provided a wagon for the beach which we got good use out of and it had a beach umbrella as well. When we arrived at the property, it wasn't cleaned sufficiently and some of the sheets were dirty. Management promptly got someone to clean again within the hour and had someone bring new sheets up very quickly as well. Even after the cleaning, the cleaning people still didn't do a sufficient job, hairs that weren't ours were still all over the shelves in the master bathroom in particular, however we decided to just let it go and not say anything again, so that was our fault. You are right next to the Carousel which once a week does a kid's movie on the beach. There is also a food lion a few blocks up and the prices are pretty decent. Crabcake factory is also within walking distance and there is a bus stop right outfront as well a Fairy Queen and a little shop in the condominium as well for beach snacks and ice cream. We enjoyed our stay and were happy with our condo overall.

Fantastic property

This was an easy vaca from the start. No need to pick up keys anywhere, you are sent a door entry code. A quick form is all that is needed to park in the garage for the week. The condo itself is beautifully redone, modern and comfortable. Linen service was also easy to use, although the quality wasn’t top notch- more like cheat motel type of sheets and towels. The property is small, but they used the space nicely. Room and storage is adequate. There is an outside storage space with great amenities- from beach cart, to sand toys, to stroller, to beer fridge, to washer and dryer... we literally packed extremely light and our 3 kids put everything there to good use (ages 2-10). The only disappointing aspect of the condo is the lack of a true eating space. There is an oversized peninsula with bar stool seating for 3, and a balcony table with additional seating, but there was no true dining space. It worked out well, we would still stay there again, but just an observation if you are looking to spend time around a dining table eating a family meal or playing games. Our 2 year old got a hold of a bedside lamp and broke it, but the property managers were extremely gracious and it was not an issue. The building is in a great location, directly across from Gold Coast Mall. Amenities of the building are great- ice cream stand, movie theatre, arcade room for kids. Extremely convenient access to beach, no need to push a full beach cart for miles, it’s literally out of the back entrance. Outdoor and indoor pool as well as cute little Nemo baby pool for super little ones. I wouldn’t hesitate in renting this condo again!!
