This newly purchased and updated 3 BR 2 BA unit is ready to make this your best vacation yet! There is new paint throughout. The living room has new furnishings, and the dining area has a new table. In the kitchen, you will love the granite countertops along with a white subway tile backsplash and stainless-steel appliances. Updates to the main bathroom include a beautiful tile shower and newer vanity. The second bathroom has a new vanity and sink along with a shiplap accent wall and new mirror. The main bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a full and a twin. The owners converted the den into a third bedroom and added pocket doors for privacy. The couch in the living room is a queen sleeper. All of the bedrooms have new vinyl flooring. There is a full-size washer/dryer for guest use and of course free Wi-Fi. The deck features both views of the ocean along with the bay and is a wonderful place to relax from your fun filled day!

The Sea Watch is one of the premier buildings in Ocean City and is known for its abundance of amenities. You will enjoy both an indoor and outdoor pool, a basket court, three tennis courts, a playground, a volleyball court, a movie theater, a game room, a billiards room, sauna, and workout area.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival at the guard station: $75 cash or credit card (Fee in effect May 1st- Oct. 31st ) It includes 1 parking space in a covered garage (7' clearance). An additional spot may be available for an additional fee, except for July 3-5th.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping condominium complex and is prohibited in the condo, on the balcony as well as all public areas.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 8th floor. Sea Watch is an elevator building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 115th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* The indoor pool is open March 27th- Oct. (Days and hours vary by month) The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. (We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.

Good communication, the condo is beautiful and we had everything we needed. The lock is a little wonky and takes a few tries sometimes. We were there during a very cold spell and there were parts of the condo that were a little chilly. Overall a great stay in a great location! We would stay there again!

Wonderful vacation spot!

This was a wonderful place to stay! The place was clean and plenty of room for a family of 5. The highlight was the view from the deck- gorgeous! The amenities were nice, as well (pool, game room, etc.). I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a beach getaway!

Last week of the year visit

The place was very nice and cozy. It had very comfortable beds. The indoor pool was nice for our winter stay. Views of the beach and ocean were amazing. The location was great because we also like to go to other beach towns like Bethany, Rehoboth and Assateague.

The photos of the property online were percise! Beach view was excellent, convenient location to stores, eateries and entertainment. The Seawatch property was lovely. Clean and well maintained. 2 draw backs and not major at all but instructions for tv use would have been helpful and the master bedroom king size bed was a bit firm but still offered a good nights rest! I would stay at this property over and over again! Well done David! Thank you so much for offering a great experience for our yearly girls week vacation!

Great ocean view condo on the beach. This place was clean and met our needs perfectly. Nicely decorated and kitchen was well stocked. This condo has a lot of amenities for adults and children. Our granddaughters had a great time!

Loved it!

We loved the unit. It was perfect for my family of four for a long weekend -and I wish we had planned to stay for the week. Check-in was smooth and ready on time, property very clean and it had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit could have been much cleaner. The area rug in the family room was very dirty. Our toddlers got black feet from it. The rug needs to be replaced or deep cleaned. All doors were sticky. This was the least appointed vrbo I have been to ever. No matching glassware for cocktails. No shampoo or conditioner. No linens. The location and view were good. We were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness.

We apologize that the unit was not cleaned properly. We wish you would have reached out as we would have sent the cleaners back out. In your check-in instructions it states that that there are no linens in the off-season, but you have the option to purchase. It also says you are given a starter pack of essentials but to bring your own as they are not supplied. We do hope you were able to enjoy your time in Ocean City and would consider us again. Amazing Views & pools, play area, movie theater, ice cream shop, excellent!

We loved the view from our room gorgeous! The photos made the condo look bigger than it was but it was fine. The room could have been cleaned better windows dirty, floor had sand on it. We found things behind the night stands. The one ceiling fan in the one bedroom did not work. The light worked but not the fan. The air conditioning was not working but it was fixed immediately whenwe called. We also needed a light bulb and called and one was dropped off for us.Also the one bedroom closet door was off the track. We had a great vacation and made wonderful memories

We booked super last minute, had some questions and folks from Benchmark were on top of it with responses.The unit we stayed in was beautiful, clean and very nice size for 2 families, a total of 6 people. We thought the laundry service was great too! The only thing we griped about as a group was the lock pad on the door. It could’ve been user error, as our kids could handle it better but it always took more than a handful of tries to open and then lock the door. Other than that, ZERO complaints, we will be rebooking here in the future!!!

Good but needs…

Nice, updated condo. Could use some deep cleaning - under couch cushions was old food. Dust on all the vents. The comforters and throw pillows are not clean looking so def need to bring your own blankets which isn’t mentioned. They don’t clean them in between bookings. There is a linen package so be prepared to make the beds yourself — I wasn’t aware of this and def was annoying. Overall nice though. Plenty of utensils.

Enjoyed our stay

Overall was pretty pleased with our stay and accommodations. The view was great. Cleanliness I’d give a 4/5, nothing that was a dealbreaker….but I’d put more emphasis on whoever cleans to not skip corners…some areas of dust buildup….shower in the master had some body wash splatter/hair from last guests. I did have to buy a new broom and left it for the next guests….as the broom that was there was too small and likely from the dollar tree and there’s no way to manage beach sand with that especially requesting floors to be swept prior to departure (which is something I’d do naturally anyway without being asked). The tv in the queen guest bedroom we couldn’t figure out how to work which was a minor annoyance. Pros were having beach chairs/beach cart, utility room with washer/dryer, being right on the beach, having 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Overall enjoyed our stay.

We recently stayed at this condo and overall had a great time, though there were a few bumps along the way. When we first arrived, the AC wasn’t working, but the property manager and owner were very responsive and had it fixed within a few hours. We also noticed a closet door hanging off in one of the rooms, which was promptly removed before it could cause any issues. During our stay, there was also a water main or pump problem, which left us without water for nearly four hours. While not ideal, we made the best of it by heading to the beach until service was restored. Unfortunately, one night someone pulled the fire alarm and we had to evacuate and walk down nine flights of stairs. This was stressful, especially for our 6 year old. Hurricane Erin impacted most of our stay and led us to leave a day early. Despite these challenges, we found that all issues we reported were handled quickly, which we greatly appreciated. The indoor pool was a lifesaver and kept our kids entertained. We also enjoyed the on-property movie theater and quick service restaurant. The arcade could use some improvement, it was pricey and didn’t offer much variety for kids. The location was great, with a grocery store, Dunkin’ Donuts, several restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Great view and responsive hosts

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My friends and I had a wonderful few days in OCMD staying in this unit. Any minor issues that came up were handled quickly, and the hosts were very helpful. The unit came with a lot of helpful cooking items, and we spent a lot of time on the balcony, especially at sunrise. Will absolutely be booking again.

Fun getaway to Ocean City

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about this experience was relatively easy to navigate. Booking online was easy, the owners/realtors were very informative and helpful with directions, expectations and questions, and we had no issues with checking in and the condo itself. The condo is cute and pretty clean for a beach rental.. Seemed well stocked with some dvds, games, kitchen equipment....though we really didn’t use much as we were only there a few days and mainly on the beach. Having laundry access right outside condo was awesome for a beach rental too. The views of the ocean were great and the Sea Watch has a lot of amenities especially for children that were nice and seemed to be well maintained itself. We would definitely stay here again!
