The location is unbeatable! Catch a game or concert at the Alamodome, explore the historic Riverwalk and The Alamo, ascend the Tower of the Americas, or attend events at the Convention Center all under a mile away!
Foodie Paradise: Indulge your taste buds with phenomenal local restaurants, including San Antonio's only Michelin-starred spot, Mixtli, just 3 blocks away! Coffee shops galore! Feast your taste buds on Italian, Puerto Rican, of course Mexican food, wine bar, oyster bar/ restaurant, local diner, roof top bars, and The Friendly Spot (One of "the Local people mover" drop off destinations), has a huge patio with a large screen TV's to catch your fav. football or basketball game. Feel like going out and just kickin it, there's a couple of local dive bars too. WE have it ALL! Most are dog friendly too.
We even have a FREE "Local people mover" that'll take you to the Southtown District Route: Blue Star Complex, restaurants on the strip of King William, and HemisFair Park. One pick up is at the restaurant in front of us. Pick up is every 15 min. Check it out! thelocalsatx.com
We have the "First Friday", which is the first Friday of every month. Celebrate local artisans, food, local art, and more in our own local neighborhood.
We are close to The River, where you can rent a bike, run, or walk.
There's Enterprise car rental around the corner, if you need to rent a car.

First off, we understand dogs are family members and we welcome them with open arms.
We understand your "Must-have”s:
Full kitchen: Gas stove top/ oven, Full size stainless steel refrigerator (large bottom freezer), dishwasher, microwave, and water softener.
Full sized washer and dryer in it's own utility room with storage.
Main bathroom with his and her (double sinks).
2nd bedroom has a private bathroom.
Central heat and air
On property parking (2 tandem spots)
Your “nice-to-have”:
Plenty of free street parking
Fenced in yard
Ceiling fans in all of the rooms
Home has been completely remodeled as YOU becoming the second guest. Clean and bright home!
Included: To get you started: kitchen essentials, bathroom essentials: hairdryer, extra towels, sheets, and linens, laundry essentials, and an iron and full size ironing board.
Wifi, dedicated workspace for laptops, and smart TV's in every room. Even front door is a electronic keypad (No longer have to drag keys along).
Porch where you can BBQ.

A midterm rental that's great for relocating, remodeling, travel nurses and doctors, building a home, corporate housing, or exploring a potential move.

I've been living in SA for a couple of years. I was raised in Tulsa, Ok. I love San Antonio and all it has to offer. In our location, you'll be able to live like a local but enjoy the touristy offerings. I"m fortunate to have lived in Hawaii, Phoenix, San Diego, and now SA. I'm definitely a nomad. I love discovering a new city and living in the downtown areas. I like discovering the food, history of the city, and getting to know the locals. My greatest passion is running and rescuing dogs.

Walking through Lavaca feels intimate and inviting — tree-lined streets, front porches, and a true neighborhood atmosphere. You’ll see neighbors walking dogs, jogging, and enjoying the relaxed pace of the area. You’re just steps from the energy of Southtown and Downtown. Restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, galleries, and even San Antonio’s first Michelin-starred restaurant are all within easy walking distance, along with Hemisfair Park and the River Walk. I love it! As I say, you can live like a local and have a tourist taste of the city all in one day.
