On Lake Hickory’s banks by the iconic Sandbar, Island Pointe is a mid-term rental for professionals or travelers. Near downtown Hickory, it offers waterfront views, a dock, and beach access. Touchless access to the 950 sq/ft flat, it is a basement conversion with lakeside walk out. The property owners are retired and live quietly on the upper levels.


Cozy neighborhood on the north shore of Lake Hickory, NC. The community is quiet with good access for walks, runs, biking, in addition to water sports.

We provide directions and a door access code 4 days prior to check in. Parking for 1 vehicle available.
