The outdoor area is designed for true Florida living: a spacious covered terrace with lounge, dining table and BBQ, a heated pool surrounded by a screened “picture window” for unobstructed water views. A solar system keeps energy costs low, while bikes and kayaks add fun for active days.

***** A Security deposit (refundable) in the amount of $750 must be paid 4 weeks before arrival date. The deposit can be paid by credit card (+3.5% processing fee) or Zel or Ven. From this deposit, your used electricity will be deducted. The remaining deposit will be refunded.
