Great location for exploring downtown Denver, approx 15 min away, excluding rush hour traffic. The home was very clean and perfect for our 4 guests and had plenty of space. It was recently nicely renovated as well. Two small things to keep in mind, it is essentially an apartment on top of a business (this was not an issue at all for us but mainly to point out it is not the entire building you are renting) and there is decent street noise at night from vehicles from a major thoroughfare and prominent street lights around the property but our eye masks and white noise app made those a non-issue. The location is not in a neighborhood and is surrounded by other businesses with parking in an alley styled street, we felt safe the entire time but something to note. All things considered, for the value and location we would stay again.
