Welcome to your downtown Kingsport getaway! This music-themed home is packed with fun—sing your heart out on the karaoke machine, relax on the spacious deck, or gather around one of the fire pits! Sip coffee on the charming front porch before exploring the city, then return to a playful, music-inspired space that sets the perfect vibe for friends, family, or a weekend jam session. With 3 king and 2 twin XL beds and a fenced in yard, there is room for everyone and your pets too!

Thank you for choosing our music-themed Kingsport home! Please review and follow these rules to ensure a smooth stay. Violations may result in fees, eviction without refund, and/or claims against your security deposit.
🚭 Smoking & Vaping
Absolutely NO smoking or vaping indoors.
A $1,000 penalty will be charged for violations.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only; all cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.
🚗 Parking & Driveway
The driveway entrance is shared — do not block access for neighbors at any time.
Use designated parking spots in the driveway and/or available street parking.
Be mindful when parking multiple vehicles.
🐾 Pets
Pets are welcome 🐶, but must be supervised.
Please do not leave pets unattended if they are chewers.
Clean up after pets in the yard (waste bags provided).
Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
🎉 Parties & Quiet Hours
No parties or large events.
Quiet hours are 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Only registered guests may stay overnight.
🧹 Cleanliness & Supplies
A starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, trash bags) is provided. These are not restocked.
Please wash dishes, return remotes, and take out trash before checkout.
Treat instruments 🎹🎸 and décor with care — they’re here for guests to enjoy!

Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
Turn off major appliances (stove, oven, washer, dryer) at checkout.

This house is in the heart of everything! If you want to be close to what Kingsport has to offer this is it! Just a couple minutes to it all!
この宿泊施設の特徴
The thing I love most about this house is how fun it is! When I bought this house I realized how well it was laid out and how large all the bedrooms were. I instantly knew I wanted to make this a gathering spot for groups and kept that in mind when we put King Size beds in every room (2 twin XLs upstairs), and added a large deck off of the back of the house! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
