The lake house at Boone Lake was awesome. The description and pictures were accurate. The host was very prompt with question responses. Check in and out was straight forward and easy. Just a short drive to Bristol motor speedway. Would definitely recommend.

This house was immaculately cared for and decorated beautifully. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our group. We really enjoyed the patio overlooking the lake and spent the majority of our time there or down at the dock. The lily pad to float on and jump off of was a lot of fun and necessary as some days there was lots of debris that got caught around the steps to the water, bank and dock. It did get tiring going up and down the stairs down to the lake after 3 days...I don't think this would be a good choice for elderly people that are not in good shape but we loved it! I'm not sure the location nor view can be beat and we would love to stay here again! The host was very responsive to all my inquiries and we appreciated that also.

Host is very accommodating and replies promptly to any question. Communication was excellent. The kitchen was supplied with anything you might need, and the bathrooms had plenty of towels. Beautiful sunroom, outdoor decks--plenty of gathering space. Beautifully decorated, gorgeous lake views. Lake level was low when we were there, but we were told the level would be raised within the next few weeks. We weren't there to boat, and we still enjoyed being right on the lake. You will be amazed at the indoor and outdoor lighting, the lovely plants, the countertops and tile, and the sunrises.

Great Central Location

The property was comfortable, as described and served our purpose perfectly. We had a beautiful view of the lake while we were exploring the area. There is so much to see and do, the location worked great for ease of access to everything.

Wonderful lake home

Wonderful house, location, all the extra touches! The Owner was wonderful, was easy to reach, absolutely a delightful friends weekend for 3 couples( and would have had room for a couple more) truly everything we needed and some!

We stayed at the house during a softball tournament. We were able to get some fun at the lake in between game days. The house had everything we needed and more. It was a quiet area and gave us the down time we needed.

This place is awesome! If you are in the Bristol/Johnson City area and want to stay at a lakefront home, this is the place. David is a fantastic host and his home is amazing. I only wish we had more time there.

Very Comfortable

We came to tour NE Tennessee with family over Thanksgiving vacation. The lake house was in a great location for our needs. There was plenty of room for everyone, with comfortable spaces.

A Wonderful Getaway!

We were ready to get away to a lake front property that wasn’t a tiny, old, out of date fishing cabin. “Hale Koa” was just what the doctor ordered! Absolutely breathtaking in decor and location. We hope to return one day and will highly recommend!
