Stay in Buffalo’s history at this large 3BR, 1BA home, once part of the William Fargo Mansion grounds. Quiet one-way street with free ample parking, walk to restaurants and bars. Features stunning woodwork, original hardwood floors, central A/C, a full gym and Sauna, and a huge stainless kitchen. King, queen & two XL twins. Minutes to Allentown, Elmwood Village & downtown. 25 mins to Niagara Falls & 15 mins to the airport!



Easy check-out: no excessive chores! Simply turn off lights and A/C, place used towels in the hamper, and lock the doors.

Parking: Ample free parking on a quiet one-way street (most guests park directly in front of the house!)

We’re newlyweds who fell in love not just with each other, but with Buffalo as well. Originally from different parts of New York, we both came here for college and quickly realized this city had so much more to offer than just wings and the Bills (though we love those too).

Buffalo’s character, history, and strong sense of community made it an easy place to call home. From its beautiful waterfront and architecture to its growing food and arts scene, we enjoy discovering something new all the time—and we love helping our guests do the same.

While we both work full-time jobs, hosting has become something we genuinely enjoy. Creating a comfortable, welcoming space and sharing our favorite local spots is incredibly rewarding for us. Whether you're visiting for a game, a weekend getaway, or just passing through, we’re excited to help you experience Buffalo the way we’ve come to love it.

We chose the Allentown/elmwood neighborhood because it perfectly captures the energy and character that made us fall in love with Buffalo. It’s one of the most walkable areas in the city, with great restaurants, live music, and a vibrant local scene all just steps away.

What we enjoy most is the unique architecture and historic charm—you’ll find beautiful homes and buildings that give the neighborhood a personality you won’t get anywhere else. At the same time, you’re just minutes from downtown and the waterfront, so it’s easy to explore all the major attractions while still coming back to a neighborhood that feels authentic and lively.

What makes our place unique is the balance between comfort, character, and amenities you don’t always find in a typical stay. You get the charm of a classic Buffalo home paired with modern updates and thoughtful touches designed to make your stay easy and relaxing.

One of the standout features is the full gym setup, including dumbbells, a squat rack, spin bike, elliptical, and rowing machine—perfect for guests who want to keep up with their routine while traveling. We also have a traditional dry Finnish sauna, which offers a great way to unwind after a day exploring the city.

What also makes this property special is its history—it sits on the grounds of the former William Fargo mansion (of Wells Fargo), which was demolished in 1900. It’s a unique connection to Buffalo’s past that adds an extra layer of character to your stay.

Beyond the amenities, we’ve put a lot of care into creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space. It’s designed to feel like a home, not just a rental, in a neighborhood that gives you a true local Buffalo experience.
