Escape to this enchanting chalet in picturesque San Juan del Sur. This cozy and rustic retreat, features 2 bedrooms with 2 full beds, 1 bathroom and an additional living room space with a sofa bed. On the 2nd floor is a toilet as well.
Enjoy the deck with hammock, dinner table and couch and immerse yourself in the San Juan bay, only 200m from the beach and 350m from the city center.
Safe area to walk day and night.
The chalet, called Lobovista, is at the top of a small hill. From the private parking lot, it is a 40 meter walk with about 30 stairs to climb.
Lobovista is part of Cabanas Lobotepe, a 3000m2 / 30,000 f2 tropical garden with lots of trees and 8 other apartments/cabins. The owners, Jan-Luc and Liz live part of the year on the property. A Nicaraguan caretaker family ( Fernando and Rebeca ) clean and maintain the apartments/cabins. Rebeca can wash your clothes against a reasonable fare.
At night, either Denis or Miguel are present. They open and close the gate in case you come home late and keep an eye on everything.
