Amazing Hilltop Beach House - Ocean & Mountain Views!

Enjoy the best view of SJDS! Panoramic views to the ocean, mountains and city. The property is located in an upscale gated community minutes from the beach, city center and attractions.

The house is fully staffed to provide daily housekeeping and security and is equipped with modern appliances, furniture, AC, internet, and cable. This property is in high demand; we recommend to book in advance. We welcome you and look forward to your stay!

Space
The house has three rooms, each with its own bathroom: a master room with a king bed, a second room also with a king bed and a third room with a bunk bed with two full beds, a twin bed and a single floor mattress.

Also, there are two half bathrooms: one in the living room and a cabana bathroom in the terrace with a separate shower by the pool. There are stainless steel appliances (including washer and dryer), BBQ grill, furniture, towels, bed linen, hair dryer, iron, kitchenware, coffee maker, blender, AC in each bedroom and living room/kitchen area with ceiling fans in living spaces, fiber optics internet, cable, water heater and tank.

Guest access
The property is within a gated community and there is space for three cars in the fenced driveway.

An SUV or 4x4 is strongly recommended year-round for accessing the property, and it is necessary during the rainy season (May through October).

Great week in San Juan del Sur

My wife, son (11 yrs) and I spent a very relaxing week here over the holidays. The house was as advertised and very convenient to our daily trips into town. Carlos was always around to assist on any little thing. Thanks for a great week.

Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay at casa Buenavista. It has a beautiful view of the bay, the house was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Grethel called us on our way there and gave us instructions on how to get there , it was very helpful. I recommend this property 100%.

Amazing house and views!

Amazing house and the views were even better than the listing photos! Easy drive to town. 4WD is recommended during rainy season as it's a steep dirt road to the house. The property caretakers (next door in the guest house) were quick to respond with any needs. Really enjoyed our stay. 5 stars all around.

From South Florida to San Juan del Sur

This place has an amazing view, they had a person waiting for us at the front to guide use up to the top where the venue was located. We got there, and they welcomes us and showed us the whole place and how everything worked. The service was that of a hotel. I was extremely impressed as I work for a hotel. I highly recommend this place. The Rooms, the amenities, and the view made this place the right spot for me, and my family.

Spectacular Home With Stunning Panoramic View

I want to start by mentioning that I have travelled extensively and formerly operated 5 star resorts, so I tend to be critical about my reviews. That being said, this property is a gem. The property is spacious, offering amazing breathtaking views from kitchen, living room and Master bedroom. This property comes fully equipped with all imaginable comfort and most tastefully decorated. The amenities include a pool and deck which, instantly became a favorite with the kids and adults alike. The property staff were very helpful, kind and supportive during our stay. Our host Grethel, was wonderful and super communicative prior, during and post our stay. Overall, I was most impressed and my family absolutely loved the total experience. We are already discussing and planning another stay for next year. Congrats to Grethel for a superb experience.
