We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! To keep the space comfortable and clean for everyone, please make sure:
-NO PETS on beds, bedding, or any upholstered furniture — especially pillows!!!
-Please bring your own pet bedding or blankets.
-Pets must be house-trained and non-aggressive
-CLEAN UP all pet waste, inside and out and dispose accordingly.
$250 additional pet cleaning fee will be applied IF pet waste is found around the property.
-Do not leave pets unattended.
-Prevent excessive barking or noise.
-Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or extra cleaning.

Both of the bedrooms are spacious and include large closets, hangers, nightstands with lamps.

* Booking Age Policy: The person booking this property must be 21 years of age or older and must be staying at the property during the reservation. Valid ID may be required upon check-in.

**Traveling with pets, please read carefully our PET POLICY.
An additional pet cleaning fee of $250 will be applied if pet waste is found around the property for pet waste cleaning and disposal.

*** No smoking indoors or within 6 feet (2 meters) of the doors & windows. A fee of $250 will be charged if any cigarette smoke is detected after check out.

**** Early Check-in Option: We are happy to offer early check in at 1PM for a $35 fee, based on availibility. If the property isn't booked the night before your stay, we'll let you know, so you can take advantage of this option.

***** Late Check-out Option: We are happy to offer late check out at 12PM for a $35 fee, based on availibility. If the property isn't booked the night after your stay, we'll let you know, so you can take advantage of this option.
