You’re minutes from the Violet Crown Trail for daily walks and runs, about 12 minutes to Zilker Park/Barton Springs, and roughly 15 minutes to Downtown for dining, music, and museums. Day to day, it’s effortless: MoPac (Loop 1) is close for easy commuting, groceries and coffee are nearby, and South Lamar/SoCo staples are a short drive when you want a night out.
What I enjoy most is the easy rhythm—morning coffee in the quiet, private backyard, a quick trail loop, then a seamless hop to meetings or dinner. It’s a modern, move-in-ready home base that makes longer stays feel simple and well connected.
