Please Note :
1. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both guests and host, we kindly ask all confirmed guests to sign a short rental agreement after booking. A $300 security deposit hold will be placed one day prior to arrival and automatically released 7 days after checkout, provided no damages are reported.

2. No smoking, weed, or vaping of any form is allowed at our home. Even if smoking occurs outside, guests will be charged if any smoke smell is found inside the property after checkout.

3. Pet Policy: Planning to bring a pet? Please add your pet to the reservation or notify us before arrival. The applicable pet fee will be added to your booking.
