This pretty, condo is located on the Amelia Island Plantation and is close to various local activities and attractions! This coastal charmer has a private balcony overlooking the shared pool and ocean, a well-equipped, full kitchen, TVs in all rooms, high-speed internet access, and a washer/dryer on-site. It's a great place, especially for large families or extended stays! Enjoy a prime location close to all the local shops and restaurants!

Things to Know
Please be aware that starting Monday, August 11th: There will be a project in the parking lot area that will involve construction noise and increased activity & is projected to last approximately 6 weeks.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.
Beautiful new flooring throughout.

Stunning Views

The views from this property are simply stunning. The property unfortunately is very “tired”, lots of chipped paint, scrapes on the wall, some rust on appliances and all of the chairs on the patio were cracked. Carpet had stains throughout and mildew in one shower. A simple update and deep clean are needed. The complex and pool were great and it’s a very peaceful part of the beach.

Beach walker review positive

The property is showing wear (windows/ doors), but the location, pool and beach were great. Kitchen is well stock, except for silverware. Beds comfortable, view amazing. Not a good choice for handicapped folks, with all the stairs. Quite, so easy to separate folks.

Private parking space, location of condo, and Management Co. were pluses. Condo was much smaller than it looked in photos. Kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms are very tight. The AC unit for the bedrooms wasn’t working and it couldn’t be fixed. We were there for a week! I will say the Management Co. tried to remedy the situation and even gave us a large credit back.

Right location wrong place

We have stayed at Omni many times and are used to the location so that is a plus but this place underwhelmed us. Although property manager was very nice and responded to every request, the place needs updating. Fixtures loose, master bed sagging, old TV sets.

Easy in. Easy out. HVAC was broken, but response from property manager was good. Premises could use some updating. View and location were fantastic. Will do it again.
