Please be advised that construction is ongoing in the Sea Dunes building. By proceeding with this booking, you acknowledge this notice and accept the current conditions. Our standard cancellation policy applies.

- Expected elevated noise between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Mon - Sat.
- Windows may be partially or fully blocked by scaffolding, machinery, or protective coverings.
- Construction personnel may be working on exterior surfaces near windows.

Welcome to a penthouse that offers the perfect blend of togetherness and personal space for your family`s coastal escape. This home is thoughtfully designed with all three bedrooms upstairs, each featuring its own en-suite bathroom, so everyone has a private sanctuary. A convenient half-bath is also located on the main floor.

Two of the bedrooms share a private balcony with stunning ocean views, providing an ideal spot for sharing morning coffee or evening cocktails. The third bedroom offers a tranquil marsh view, a peaceful space for unwinding. For those who can`t completely disconnect, a designated workstation is located off the living room.
All reservations, regardless of booking platform, require a signed rental agreement within 48 hours of booking to confirm the reservation.

Guests are liable for damage or extra cleaning. Amelia Best VRR may charge your card. Report pre-existing issues at check-in to avoid liability.

The guest must adhere to occupancy policies and limits, which are strictly enforced.

Reservations include a non-refundable service fee to cover processing and software costs. This fee is final and will not be refunded upon cancellation

Amelia island retreat

The condo was clean and comfortable. The views of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom were amazing. We loved taking long walks on the beach and on the immaculately maintained property. Our hosts, Laily and Doris were lovely, they truly wanted us to enjoy our stay and were super responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Place

The condo was beautiful, probably the nicest condo we have stayed. There was a small issue with the lock that the staff took care of quickly. The one other issue we had is that the team for the Omni will not pick you up. Nonetheless the place is incredible and I would stay there again.

Amazing time and amazing place. Can not say enough about the view from the deck. Only problem is finding the place is not as easy as GPS makes it out to be. Although Laily was great with texts and calls and getting us to her wonderful home.

Very comfortable & spacious

The beds were very comfortable & plenty of room. Any requests we had were addressed immediately which I appreciated. Kitchen was a nice size too & pretty well stocked with cooking utensils. Would definitely recommend & hope to come back.

Wonderful Birthday Trip with Mom

We visited the condo for a weekend getaway for Mom's 82nd birthday! The first week of October was so beautiful, we went down to the beach and pool every day. The grounds are exceptional. I cannot say enough good things about the condo, it was beautiful with breathtaking views in every direction. You can see the sun rise right from the bed in the master. It was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen had everything you could want or need. Spent time learning history in Fernandina Beach as well. Lots to do here, we will surely be back!

Peaceful beach vacation

We had a wonderful stay! Condo was a great size for our family of 6 including 3 teenagers. I loved having the balcony off the master. Also the main balcony off dining area was a good size for family. Beds were very comfortable. Condo was equipped with so many extras, beach chairs, beach boards, sand toys, games and puzzles. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Gazal was very responsive to answer any questions. The view was amazing and property was very peaceful and quiet. We had the whole beach and pool basically to ourselves! Also the condo was right by the elevator so easy for luggage! A wonderful stay, I highly recommend!

Great Location

This was a wonderful location, beautiful views, and the rental team was great to work with. The only small little thing was that all the tv's and cable were outdated. Everything else was amazing. It was clean, easy to walk back and forth to the beach, and was a perfect get-a-way.

Florida Jags getaway

This property is absolutely beautiful! Views, views and more views! Not to mention awesome location, we stayed for 2 home Jaguars games and it only took about 40min to get to the stadium. Beach walk every day, wonderful walking trails, great restaurants ( Bob’s in a must it’s on the property) also shopping Fifi’s fine resale in the Harris Teeter shopping center! ( less than 5 min away)The penthouse was perfect for 3 couples, each had our own bathroom, comfortable beds and plenty of relaxing room downstairs. Beautiful decor throughout! Dining table seats 6 perfectly….great for game nights! Ghazal, the property manager was great, she checked in on us via text …right after check in and during our stay to see if we needed anything…( BTW thank you for the welcome treat) The Amelia Island Plantation is such a beautiful property, Golf course is excellent, and for a little more fun Top Golf 40min drive away…an afternoon of fun, and downtown Fernandina another awesome day activities ! ( Salty Pelican..another must) Overall it was the perfect trip with friends and family. Trust me you will not be disappointed! Thank you Ghazal for everything!

Wonderful Condo and Very private

Condo was as expected. Clean and had all the amenities we needed. Very private and well kept grounds. The view from all rooms was beautiful. Easy to get to the beach. Our 2.5yo grandson did not want to leave. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Wonderful Oceanfront View

Top floor oceanfront property gives stunning views of the Atlantic and the AIP beach. Amelia Prime was extremely prompt with communication and thorough with expectations and information.

The entire process start to finish was fantastic. Communication with rental staff was amazing. Wonderful penthouse with ever amenity you could ask for with breathtaking views. Our family will be looking forward to the next visit. Thank you for the memories.
