Beautiful home

Our stay was amazing! The house is beautiful as is the scenery. The home feels upscale and homey making us feel special and at ease. We loved walking to Drummond Park after dinner every night. Plenty of space for everyone when we need alone time!

Beautiful view and LOTS of space

We really enjoyed our stay. We rented for the Georgia-Florida game. Very spacious and gorgeous view of the marsh.

Great location!

Absolutely loved where the property was located and the neighborhood! We thoroughly enjoyed our week here with our family! Only complaint is that the trash from the previous renters sat right out in front by the front door for the first 4 days of our week here. It stank horribly and was drawing flies and gnats.

Spacious with a View

We have vacationed on Amelia Island Plantation every summer for the past 7 years. This unit was our favorite by far. The house was very spacious for our family of six and the views of the marsh were incredible! The location was perfect for our 4 small kids. Marsh View Park is right next door and the culdesac was great for letting them ride their scooters and bikes without worrying about traffic. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful views

Great home with plenty of space. Only negative was how early we had to check out. In order to return the keys to the main office by 10 we had to be out of the house by 930. Not easy to do with little kids plus needed to budget time for packing and clean up.

Girls Weekend/Birthday Bash

Unbelievable property. We are a group of 4 women from all over the US who all used to work at Amelia Island Plantation. We come back at least once a year for long weekends. This is our first time staying at this property but will definitely not be our last. The layout was AMAZING. So much room! The view, the location, the many bathrooms!! We loved this property! Thank you!!!

Great views- lots of space

It is a lovely unit- very secluded. However, we were given three garbage bags, the SOS box was empty and there were no replacement paper towels. That was annoying as we had to go out and purchase the supplies. Otherwise, it was clean and very nice for a family Thanksgiving!

Nice Condo in a Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is well appointed and is in a great location. The numbers for the condos is quite confusing. We came in the evening and had a very hard time finding the unit. Once we did we found the condo to be very flexible. We had a minor issue with the master bathroom electrical but otherwise our stay was very smooth. We would recommend to other families (we comfortably stayed with two adults and four teen aged kids).

Incredible marsh view

We've be coming to AIP for Thanksgiving for 30 yrs and always stayed in a beach condo ... until this year when we decided to stay on the marsh. This place was perfect!! Beautiful view, extremely spacious, comfy beds, clean, well stocked and Drummond Park was right next door (w playground for 2 grandchildren). Also greatly appreciated was that the windows were clean. There's nothing worse than not being able to see a pretty view because of dirty windows ... so thank you for this! We want to return ... and often

You won't find a better view of the marshlands and inter-coastal. The kitchen is the best equipped of any place we have rented on Amelia. The fireplace adds warmth and charm on cool mornings and evenings. Great walking and bike riding. Easy five minute drive to American Beach. Take out from Bantem and Biddy, Marche, and Falcon's Nest is convenient and very good food. We liked it so much we already booked it for next year!

Beautiful

The house is beautiful and the view out the many windows was spectacular. It felt very private. The kids enjoyed the park and playground just up the street. It was mostly clean. There was some dog hair on the futon bed, and some of the pillows. We always bring our own sheets and towels to use anyways; so, this didn't bother us. Good to know though if you happen to have dog allergies as it is listed as no pets allowed. Kid and my parents slept fine down stairs. The beds upstairs were super comfortable. There were plenty of dishes and cookware to use. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo itself is beautiful, great location! Gorgeous ocean view and property Some of the blankets needed laundered, and very worn. Otherwise excellent accommodation Enjoyed our stay. MANAGEMENT TERRIBLE! Bumped us out of our original accommodation, to a much smaller place....we had to pay to upgrade to the final condo I understand that this can happen but the management company was very rude and condescending, claimed VRBO overcharged us $127 which we still cannot seem to get an honest answer. We are mature women that flew in from several states and the whole booking process was very stressful

I appreciate how friendly and helpful the office is, especially Leslie who seemed to answer every email or call from me. Our unit was beautiful and felt like a real home with all of the options we could ever dream of. The space inside was spectacular (plenty of room for everyone!), and the view of the marsh is about the best one could hope for. Our townhouse was clean, well appointed, and met every need we had as a family. I'm not sure who owns the unit, but a special thank you to him/her/them for making us feel like we were at home all week through all of the fine touches in the house. We plan to stay here again as soon as we can because our experience was simply amazing.

Beatiful Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented several vacation homes/condos over the years and this one was the best of them all. It is a very large/spacious condo, extremely clean, and a very well stocked kitchen. The marsh view is awesome and we were lucky enough to catch 1 beautiful sunset over the marsh (weather was terrible the week we stayed). Highly recommend Burney Park for your beach days. Just a quick 6/7 minute drive. We had our best meal at the Sandollar Restuarant, about a 20 minute drive. Worst meal was at the Falcon Nest, food was just OK but a very limitied menu. I can not speak as to what the Omni Resort has to offer as no information was provided about the resort nor did we look into it. It would have been nice to have received some information as to what was available on the resort, if anything.
