This sunny and spacious 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home features a huge private pool, ample space for a larger group, and unique but beautiful finishings and decor! Located on the gorgeous Omni Amelia Island Resort, this home boasts many recent updates and includes everything you could need for an enjoyable beach getaway!

The roomy living area not only connects to the kitchen and dining room but also provides access to the pool deck. Two brown leather full size sofas sit across from each other with several other seating areas nearby. A beautiful wrap around fireplace, a lovely new wet bar, and a flat screen smart TV are all features of this great room. The adjacent dining area boasts a rectangular table with seating for 6. Walking into the kitchen, you will immediately notice how nicely this home flows. The newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen leads straight to the back porch area. A second living area is situated in the center of the home and is the perfect spot for a little quiet reading or relaxing!

On the same level, the stunning master suite overlooks the backyard pool, has a king sized bed, flat screen smart TV. The attached bathroom had been recently renovated to include a tiled walk-in shower, soaking tub and double vanity. A second bedroom also located on the ground level has a queen sized bed and a daybed with a trundle. There is also a second full bath on this level with a walk in shower and oversized vanity.

Walking up the beautiful spiral staircase, you will find two additional bedrooms each with its own balcony. The third bedroom features a queen bed, a flat screen smart TV and an attached full bath with a tiled walk in shower and double vanity. The fourth bedroom offers two twin beds and a handy kitchenette. The fourth bathroom has a walk in shower and is also home to the full-sized washer and dryer.

While the home itself is wonderful, the most amazing part of this unique property is the outdoor area. The stunning private pool area has chairs for lounging and a table with seating for four to enjoy outdoor dining. Make a splash in this large pool and refresh yourself after a day of fun on the beach! The adjacent pool house features a half bath and an outdoor shower for added convenience!

There are several nearby beach access walkways nestled among the tree canopies that lead to the pristine beaches of Amelia Island. While staying in this beautiful home you can stroll through the Omni Resort's shops and restaurants, recharge at the nearby spa and salon, or visit the miniature golf course just down the road!

Optional Pool Heat: Optional pool heat is available certain times of the year for an additional fee. For rentals of 4 days or less, pool heat can be added to your reservation for a daily rate of $100. For rentals of 5 days or more, pool heat can be added to your reservation for a daily rate of $80. The pool temperature is typically set between 76-82 degrees Fahrenheit (if it is colder than 50 degrees outside- the pool will not heat to these temperatures). The optional pool heat charge is not for a guaranteed water temperature but for having the heat pump running and the electricity use that goes with it. Actual water temperature may vary from day to day as a result of ambient weather conditions during the day and night. *Pricing for pool heat is subject to change.

Well maintained home inside and out. Loved the private pool and beautiful landscaped yard. With a beautiful updated kitchen and master bath. Only critique is the upstairs needs some tlc to go along with the downstairs. But i will say its clean. My family enjoyed their stay.

Perfect For a Long Girls Weekend

We had the most amazing time! The house location is perfect walking distance to everything you could dream of, beach, food, and more! The house itself is large and accommodated 10 of us, especially with all the bathrooms. Very clean and feels so secluded and private while being in a neighborhood.

Amazing Week on Amelia Island

The house was lovely in this tropical setting. Close to beach access, ponds for fishing, and golf on the Omni grounds. Of course, it was nice to be able to play in the pool, and on the nights we stayed in, we enjoyed being cool in the well-stocked kitchen. One of the added features that we appreciated was the chairs and beach cart for our days on the beach. We will definitely consider coming back.

Fantastic location

Very clean. Loved the beautiful chef kitchen that was a dream to cook in! Couldn't really use thst beautiful pool because it was so cold, but the fireplace was a plus on those chilly nights!

Amazing Stay! Perfect Vacation Home with a Heated PoolOur stay at this vacation home was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The heated pool was a highlight—we spent hours enjoying it, no matter the time of day. Beautiful Home, convenient to Omni resort and beach

We were in town for a wedding and this was a great home base for my sisters and their families as well as my own. We saved a little vs resort prices while still being able to enjoy all the Omni amenities and location. Plus the private pool was a hit with the kids! Some light wear and tear for a rental property but beautiful and clean. Updated! Welcome laundry soap and other essentials are a great touch as well.

Family vacation

Had a great stay. Not the cleanest but I only booked the day before we arrived (although cobwebs looked liked they had been there for a while) well stocked with necessities. Short walk to the beach which was excellent. The only negative I would have is the pool area not screened as mosquitoes were about in abundance. All in all had a great time

This is actually a new property that we are currently onboarding from another management company, so any feedback is very helpful. You guys were our first stay and the previous management company had their cleaners finish out their last reservation cleaning. Family Vacay 2023!

Had a great time. Only a few hiccups. Loose trash had been left in the outside refuse can. The trash collectors would not remove. Upstairs AC went out 3 afternoons in a row. The staff sent someone immediately to fix it. Great service!

Conversation at Omni

The stay was great. However, there are a few issues at the property, the second primary bathroom on the main level, the electrical outlet has a short and blows a fuse when a hair dryer is plugged in. Also the shower door has no trim and leaks when used. The pool was nice but the sides are scaly and most things outside are green and moldy. Overall the home was clean, but could use a good deep cleaning. The upgraded baths and kitchen were very nice and the process was smooth and easy. We would stay there again.

Holiday Family Retreat 2021

The property is located in a beautiful neighborhood with easy access to the beach, shops, Fernandina, etc. The home worked perfect for a large family gathering, however a few suggestions for future guests....the kitchen wasn't overly stocked with an adequate amount of items, ie: t-towels, bowls, platters, refrigerator missing several shelves in the freezer & frig. A few other issues occurred during our stay, the downstairs guest bath toilet continuously running, the dryer didn't work, the outdoor grill/s were filthy dirty and unusable. The home is functional but a bit dated.

We did not want to leave!

Our family of 10 loved staying here! It was the best of both worlds with having a private pool and being able to walk to the beach by beautiful trails. The pool was cleaned 2x a week and we were pleasantly surprised not to experience any mosquitos the whole week! We did all enjoy the evening visiting frogs and the armadillo family in the lush vegetation-very cool wildlife! The house is spacious for gathering together in the living area, as well as sleeping arrangements for everyone. There is a bathroom for each bedroom. The upstairs bathrooms are not updated as downstairs but are large, clean and functional. All of the beds were comfortable! The house was better equipped than expected. Plenty of cookware in the lovely kitchen & we found pool/beach towels in the closet of the living room next to the tv which could have saved us some suitcase space. The beach cart in the pool house was key and we are so thankful it was there for use, along with pool/beach toys. We would recommend bringing some extra hand towels for the kitchen. In addition to the beach, we walked to play mini golf and to the Aury Island playground. Amelia Island Plantation is so peaceful and we felt safe at all times. My husband enjoyed running all of the nature trails at this end of the Island. We highly recommend the short drive out of the plantation to Lagniappe restaurant (we ate there twice). We would happily stay at this home again-thank you for sharing it with us!

House need a renovation ASAP

Master bedroom have no shower only tub Second master bed the mattress is old with spring box kill my back Old damage charcoal need to replace for a gas grill Most of the door is hard to open ( stuck or hard to opened ) Stay at the house for 4 weeks 13k And after my complaints got nothing back
